Description

This beautiful villa situated on a hillside between 2 villages and is ideal for couples and families. Set in it's own grounds with spectacular panoramic views of the mountains, the garden is secure and surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. Peacefully located with easy reach of the medieval hilltop towns of Penne, Citta Sant Angelo and Atri, and with easy access to miles of sandy beaches (25 mins), and airport (40 mins). Immerse yourself in the local culture of beautiful Abruzzo likened to Tuscany by many. The National Park of the mountains of Majella and Gran Sasso protects flora and fauna. Close by villages have summer medieval processions, festivals and fireworks.

We are lucky to have so many hilltop towns on the doorstep. Each with their own identity, full of character and a delight to visit.

Interaction with guest

A lovely couple look after the house for us and will meet and greet you on arrival and will be on the end of the phone throughout your stay. They live just 5 minutes away and speak fluent Italian.

“Perfect relaxing retreat”

Spent 7 nights at this well-equipped villa in a superb location offering breathtaking views over the valley. Plenty of places to visit nearby, walking routes and easy access to a lovely beaches. Much time was spent just enjoying the view and watching the locals going about their daily routines from a distance in this very secluded spot. The fruit trees and vines in the grounds were delightful and a good choice of places to sit or dine alfresco. We loved it and would thoroughly recommend it!

How do damage deposits work?
