The villa is situated within a private property of 10,000 sqm with olive groves and pine trees.Consists of a main building with two large bedrooms, one with panoramic sea views, a large living room with fireplace and dining area, all with views of love, the adjacent body consisting of two bedrooms with shared bathroom. both bodies give on a large terrace of approx. 300 m2 with dining area and barbeque and overlooking the Valley of manaccore and all the coast East of peschici.
Lends itself well to groups of friends, families who want to enjoy peace, tranquillity and privacy.
