Welcome to this beautiful villa near Manacor. With a traditional architecture, private pool and fantastic outdoors the House has 250 m2 and capacity for 8 people.
This very genuine house is a jewel of Mallorcan architecture. Moreover, it is situated on a plot of 14.500 m² in a very quiet rural environment. Its 4 rooms are spacious and all of them with views of the countryside and the garden. They are distributed, one on the ground floor and three on the first floor. The one on the ground floor is a double room with a double bed. The first floor rooms are doubles with single beds. There are 2 bathrooms, one on each floor, both with bathtub.
The architecture of the house allows a natural air conditioning and its location means that the fresh air of the Puig de Son Talent invades the whole house. To complement it, the house has 4 fans so that you can distribute them in the spaces where you need them.
It has a charming kitchen. It is very well equipped, spacious and well cared for, making sure that you have everything you need to enjoy cooking. Among the equipment, you will find: mixer, microwave, fridge with freezer, gas cooker, electric oven, electric coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, Italian coffee maker, juicer, water kettle. It has a complete laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron.
It has a spacious, comfortable and bright dining room with the charm of Mallorcan furniture. Its living room is a very appropriate place for long stays. It is very well decorated. It is spacious, bright and, above all, cosy. Its sofas are comfortable and invite you to relax watching TV or reading one of the books in its wide and complete library. Among its equipment you will find Wi-fi network and Tv-sat.
Its exteriors are spectacular with great views over its spacious garden (arranged in terraces), and an impressive horizon where you can make out the surrounding mountains. Its terrace and porch is a space where you will not want to move and enjoy long evenings outdoors. The swimming pool is 10 x 5,5 meters with a depth of 1,20 meters up to a maximum of 2,20 meters and is situated on one of the upper terraces of the garden. Around the pool floor you will find 8 sun loungers at your disposal to enjoy the Majorcan sun.
The location of the house is in the Levante of Majorca, in a privileged rural environment. It is a different way of getting to know the hidden Mallorca. The good communication by road to many points of interest and leisure, makes it attractive to take a stroll along the nearby coves and beaches (all within a perimeter of 20 km). The house is located 4 Km from the town of Manacor where you have all the public and commercial services of first necessity or leisure.
