Modern development completed in May 2010 with its stunning panoramic sea views, and overlooking the outdoor pool.
The apartments main feature is the 7m x7m outdoor living area. with plenty of shaded areas, and FREE wifi.
Set in a quiet and peaceful area of traditional Peyia and within walking distance of Peyia village amenities, which offers many bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bakeries, banks, chemist, even a vets.
The apartment accommodates up to 6 guests and will appeal to families, elderly or couples, ideal place to relax and unwind, and see the many places to visit in Cyprus.
You will love the large veranda with our lovely rattan furniture, BBQ and sea views, perfect for Alfresco dining.
Car is recommended (Drive on the left) to explore the surrounding areas:
Tombs of the Kings, Sea Caves, many historical sites, breath taking views of the Troodos Mountains or visit the wonderful challenging golf course at Secret Valley or Minthis Hills, plenty more to see and do, or just chill and relax by the pool.
Visit the Blue Flag award sandy beaches of Coral Bay, just 5-10 minutes drive, with a range of water sports.
Paphos town and harbour is a great place to visit, just a 15 mins drive with its many shops, restaurants and bars. Here you will find historical sites of interest and a good selection of activities including a beach, diving, water sports and many boat trips and other trips you wish to book
For those wanting the livelier holiday, you will find many bars & restaurants in the Coral Bay area, just 5 mins drive, or Paphos - 15 mins.

“Fantastic apartment”
A beautiful apartment. Spacious, clean and well furnished. The beds were comfortable. The balcony was huge, a great feature of the apartment. The pool was just outside and for most of the holiday we had the pool to ourselves. On arrival we were visited by the property manager to ensure everything was OK. The village was just about within walking distance but to be honest we drove due to the high temperatures. The beaches are just a short 8 minute drive. I would say you need a car ideally but I did see plenty of buses. Lots to do in the area. Pafos zoo is very close. Loads of boat trips to chose from, we did two, atlantis Turtle watch from paphos Harbour and blue lagoon from latchi. Also did a quad safari to Lara Bay. We also visited Adonis baths, road quite rough but water very refreshing in the july heat. Highlight of my trip was seeing turtles in St geoges Harbour just a 15 min drive away.

“Lovely Apartment”
We stayed in the Peyia apartment for 4 weeks (mid October -mid November) This is a clean very well equipped, nicely furnished apartment, a family of 4 would have plenty of room but can easily fit 6 because of the sofa bed. English TV is a must for long term guests especially when the nights are dark at 5.30pm The view is beautiful, looking down over the sea. What sets this apartment apart from the rest is the outside space... Wow! It's a huge space that has the sun all day with gorgeous wicker furniture...couch, chairs, glass top coffee table. Glass top dining table and 6 chairs. 4 sun loungers and a BBQ (which we didn't actually use) everything looks brand new and is oh so comfortable. The patio actually overlooks the pool and to be honest it could have been our own private pool, nobody else used it while we were there. It's about a 20 minute walk into Peyia village, if you struggle with mobility, beware...it's up hill, but easily doable. Peyia itself it a lovely village (very English) with some nice restaurants, we particularly liked Peyia Tavern and The Grande... lovely food and very reasonable prices. Also a new bar has opened recently called Sugar, they don't do food, maybe just pizza, there is live music on a Friday evening, the staff are friendly and it has a relaxed atmosphere. The supermarket at the top of the hill has just about everything you can imagine from bread to beer all at reasonable prices. There is also a fabulous bakery 2 mins drive from the apartment (Panantoniou). Coral bay with its lovely beach and many bars and restaurants is 10 minutes drive away. Kato Paphos is around 20 mins away as is Pano Paphos (definitely worth a visit) Thanks Suzie, you have a lovely place. We highly recommend it.

“Paschali Hill apartment, Peyia”
We stayed in this lovely apartment in the second week on October 2018 for one week. The apartment is lovely inside and out. It has everything you could need and is very homely. The apartment had a great outside area overlooking the pool and with great views over Peyia and Paphos beyond. The pool is a great size and when we stayed we had the whole pool to ourselves, very quiet which was iydilic for us. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend a stay at this apartment.
