Description
Villa Talassa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac next to a protected area with trees. It is only 5 minutes drive to Coral Bay with its sandy beach and 1 km from the old hillside village of Peyia.
Our base price is set to 2 people, giving smaller groups the best possible price.
HOW WE ARE DIFFERENT FROM OTHERS:
*** 5 seater 4 x 4 car is included in rental price (restricted to Paphos region, including Polis and Latchi)
***Three persons Jacuzzi by the pool is a perfect place to relax in cooler evenings (optional extra)
**Our HEATED pool (4 x 8 m, 90-170 cm deep) is surrounded by a mature garden and not overlooked. Pool heating is an optional extra.
***Fully equipped workplace - desk, adjustable chair and monitor plus high speed WiFi, all you need for working from “home”, just pack your laptop and get ready to mix a little business with pleasure
***Poolside solar shower with a large rain showerhead provides perfect refreshment after your swim
***Mosquito nets on both balcony doors and the window in the third bedroom and the downstairs patio door let in fresh air at night (if you don't like to use aircon)
***There is a safe for your valuables
***Free cot, high chair and protective gates for young children.
The villa is spacious and comfortable and furnished to a high standard. The ground floor consists of an open plan lounge with air-conditioning, an elegantly appointed dining area (seats six) and fully-equipped modern kitchen. French doors in the dining and living rooms lead respectively to the patio (sunbeds) and to the furnished terrace (table and chairs) overlooking the swimming pool.
Marble staircase leads to upstairs rooms, which are fully air-conditioned. The master bedroom has a double bed and a balcony, as well as en suite shower and toilet, and the second bedroom has two single beds (placed together) and balcony. Both balconies are accessed by French doors, which have mosquito nets. The third bedroom has two single beds. All the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and aircon. There is a spacious family bathroom with bath, shower and toilet upstairs. There is also a downstairs toilet. There is parking space at the villa and free parking for another car outside.
A Toyota RAV 4 manual diesel 4 x 4 car is included in price for eligible drivers. It is insured for drivers over 25 and under 75. This is not a substitute for a hire car as may be provided by Hertz/Avis etc, but reliable and comfortable 5 seater which is ideal for trips to the beach, shopping as well as into Paphos and surrounding areas to see the many tourist attractions. But the guests have no obligations to use the car, and for visiting arears outside Paphos region, we advise to get rental car.
For your convenience we can book a taxi a for your arrival with a driver who knows the villa.
Additional cleaning fee is paid locally on arrival EUR 30 per person.

Response from the owner Your feedback has been taken on board, but we do expect and would strongly encourage our guests to contact us during their stay if they encounter any problems, as almost all of these issues could have easily been fixed during your visit. For example, the manager has got spare car keys and could have delivered fresh bedding and towels upon request. Our pool man, who visits three times a week, could also have helped with any handyman/cleaning problems. This is a busy time of year for us but we have always responded immediately to any problems and resolved them quickly (during the relevant tenancy). All of our previous guests who have availed themselves of the car offer have found the arrangement very convenient and useful. We are sorry that you felt the standards of the villa were not up to our usual 5-star rating, but glad that you enjoyed your holiday in Cyprus and that there were plenty of positives.

“Perfect break in Cyprus”
We booked a week in Peyia as I have stayed there previously & loved the village. The villa was perfect. Peaceful cul-de-sac, wonderful pool & a bonus is that the property walking distance to the village amenities. Kitchen stocked up with a variety of utensils for cooking, bedrooms with much-needed air conditioning. The car was a fantastic inclusion to the rental. Allowed us to discover neighbouring villages & do some exploring. Peiya is a must visit; everything you could ask for with many restaurants, reliable taxi service, wonderful bakery & 2 supermarkets. With a huge ex-pat community the village has retained it's Cypriot charm, which is the appeal for us. We will definitely check this property out on our next visit to Peiya, which will be some time soon I hope
