Description
'' Simos villas '', Excellent two and three bedroom en-suite villas with private pools, located 900m (Walking distance) from Coral Bay, the most popular of Paphos resorts. These attractive, sunshine villas share the same scenic location and beautiful, amazing panoramic sea views. Villas are build in a huge land(9500sqm) on a small hill just outside of Coral bay.
Each villa has an open-plan lounge and dining room with TV ( channels from all over the world ), DVD and Wi-Fi Internet, which is separated by a breakfast bar from an open-plan kitchen with washing machine oven and hobs, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and plenty cooking utensils and equipment.
Two (1 twin and 1 double) or three (1 twins and 2 double) pretty spacious bedrooms, (iron and hair dryer provided).
Sliding doors lead out to spacious covered veranda with amazing sea view.
The villas are surrounded with big patio areas with their own BBQ and garden planted with spiky palms and colorful flowers. Each villas pool lies in endless sunshine.
Air-conditioning (hot & cold air) in bedrooms payable locally at €6 per unit per day.
Baby cot and high chair available for free on request.

“excellent holidays”
On our first vacation at Simos & Soula seven years ago we were welcomed so warmly that we immediately felt like we were staying with friends. During all those years (when we sometimes came twice), we felt like we were returning to our second home. In a villa, which was made shiny new by Soula, as if no one had ever lived there before. Simos keeps everything in good shape and both are available at any time to answer their guest's queries. Simos & Soula are very popular not only with guests. Their place is situated a little away from the tourist hustle and bustle, but within a few minutes' walk of the nearby Coral Bay. The bus service to Paphos is excellent. Doors and windows can be left open day and night. But again, the holiday comes to an end. Then we begin to dream how we will spend our sunset years in one of Sisouela's Villas. Elena & Paris
