Response from the manager Dear Reviewer, thank you very much for taking the time to write this review. All feedback is deemed very valuable in our efforts to provide the best possible customer experience. We are very sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction on some issues but are very pleased to hear about the more positive aspects also. The pool heating has been removed from advertising meantime pending review of its mechanics. We believe the water was 'warm' but not 'hot' and that it was used regularly for swimming by your party which may not have been the case at other villas without this facility. The owner is looking into different TV options with the hope of providing more English channels for the rest of the season and beyond. No-one else has commented on this so far. There were some cloudy days it being late March and the solar panels will indeed work better as we enter the main season. The electric immersion switch is a good back up which takes 20 mins or so to re-heat the tank. The owner is committed to makiing the villa the best it can be and pool, football and table tennis tables as well as the quality of furnishings and facilities are not typical of most holiday lets in the area. We do hope as discussed you decide to return to another villa in the future. Many thanks once more for your feedback. Best wishes. LetsRentOnline Ltd
