Description

This certified log cabin is located minutes from everything that is Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg.

This wonderful cabin is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. There are paved roads leading all the way up to cabin with plenty of parking for two full size vehicles. You will not be staying in a cabin-on-top-of-cabin area. You will be staying in a neighborhood were other cabins are far enough away that you will have a peaceful, quiet, and private stay. We contact you directly after booking confirmed to give detailed directions and access to the cabin. You will not have to wait in line or fight traffic to get to a office to check into the cabin. We go to great lengths to make you stay easy and peaceful.

Other amenities include a spacious hot tub, charcoal barbecue grill, free WIFI internet, private balcony, and 2 televisions.

Cabin Layout:

The main floor has a spacious, open great room, cozy wood burning fireplace and flat screen television. The fully-equipped kitchen and dining room, which will seat four guests easily, will help you make wonderful family memories. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a television, and a full bathroom with standup tiled shower. A spacious private covered deck with a swing and hot tub.

Location:

"Frankly Peaceful" is located about 20 minutes from The Parkway in Pigeon Forge. It is located in the same resort area as "Hidden Mountain Resorts" that rent similar cabins for $155/avg night. The roads are all paved and there is catch and release pond in the neighborhood. This cabin is located close enough to be at everything in a matter of minutes, yet far enough away to be out of traffic and lights of the city.

This is a NO smoking and NO pet policy per our rental agreement.

Response from the owner I apologize for the issues that you experienced during your stay, it is not our intent to make our guest feel uncomfortable. We will check into the air conditioning unit. This is the first problem we have herd about the AC unit not performing correctly. We assure you that the filters are changed regularly and there is a great deal of moisture in the mountains after a week of constant rain that could have contributed to this. In our welcome package we ask that if you experience any issues that does not satisfy your stay to please give us a call. We take your feedback serious and it will be looked into.

There are comments that are overexaggerated, the cabin is always cleaned and is on a quarterly pest control program. The team that helps us with the cabin are great people and work very hard in their industries. We try not to contact guest during their stay out of respect for their privacy. We also explicitly describe in our welcome package to reach out to us if something is not suitable for you; this is the first time we have heard there was a problem… We will take the feedback serious and will look into the areas you described.
