The class villa, spacious and bright is surrounded by greenery. Located on two floors in the loft, with a private garden and covered patio. And 'suitable for those who want peace and privacy at a great price / quality ratio. E 'it equipped with free reserved covered parking for two cars and WiFI. The house is surrounded by greenery, both communal and private, it is a strategic point to get anywhere in the vallecamonica and lake. It is located 700 meters from the exit of the SS42, Pisogne Nord, on the valcamonica bike path that touches, at 1200 meters from the center of pisogne dla lake and beach. E 'it equipped with a private parking double, covered and others not covered condominium parking. It 'also suitable for those who want to easily reach any point of Vallecamonica for business or fun, because adjacent to SS42 exit (600m), or perhaps to make excursions on the lake in a few minutes. On the upper floor entirely in parque, one arrives via a pretty scale in a separate internal timber from a glass door. Above is a bedroom with a double bed and two beds, one of which disappeared. A bathroom with tub and shower all in parque with scada-wipes. Numerous window light up the house, the wooden staircase and rooms. In the house they are present all the furnishings, appliances, the kitchen is equipped with an oven, refrigerator and dishwasher and air conditioning. Available wifi also to outer cover 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. 3 bikes are available to get around the area and the bike path next to the house, so you can se days allow it to ride on the track that borders both the lake and the river. Extras: Available on request also the barbecue on request it can be used under the covered patio in the private garden of the house.
