Description

Villa Pheakon is a recently built luxury villa located on the south coast of Cyprus and just a few minutes walk from the un-spoilt blue flag beach of Pissouri Bay. Here you can find a good selection of tavernas and mini markets.

The Villa has been constructed in traditional Greek Island Style, offering spacious accommodation throughout, private swimming pool, private parking, high degree of privacy and wonderful views towards the Bay. The garden has large areas for sunbathing on the terraces finished in local stone. The garden has been planted with a variety of colourful plants/shrubs and fruit trees, and has a stylish built in BBQ.

Villa Pheakon is located in the ideal location for that relaxing holiday or for those amongst you that like to play a round of golf there are two championship courses less than 15 mins drive away.

Free dedicated Wi-Fi internet access is now installed at the villa.

Internet "free to air" TV with UK TV is now available.

*The main bedroom has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes, patio doors on two sides one of which leads onto the front balcony complete with bistro table and chairs overlooking Pissouri Bay.
*Bedroom 2 has two single beds and access to the main bathroom; it has fitted wardrobes and a patio door which leads onto the main terrace. Both bathrooms have large walk in showers.
There is an additional fold up single bed.
*The spacious open plan lounge and dining room is tastefully furnished with it's matching leather sofas and co-ordinating furnishings. It also boasts a 40” HD LCD flat screen television, DVD, Home Cinema System.
*Dedicated free Wi-Fi internet access is now installed at the villa.
Internet "free to air" TV with UK TV is now available.
*The dining area has a table and chairs to seat 6 people. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with stainless steel electrical appliances, large storage fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and hob.

*The large patios are ideal for al fresco dining with a table providing seating for 6 people. The stylish BBQ will tempt you to try your hand at cooking, that's if you able to tear yourself away from relaxing on the sunloungers around the villa's 8 x 4 metre private pool.
*In the evenings the pool and garden can be illuminated by the several lights provided. The terraces offer a high degree of privacy and sea views.
*The patio door in the master bedroom leads onto a balcony, complete with bistro table and two chairs. At the front of the villa is a quiet patio area, an ideal area in which to relax. Private parking space for 1 car.

Getting around

The most convenient way to visit the sights in Cyprus is by hire car. There are taxis available at the two airports Paphos and Larnaca which will take you to the villa. Similarly there are taxi firms in Pissouri.

Interaction with guest

We have a committed British team maintaining the villa. The pool is maintained twice a week and the gardener usually visits in between guests to avoid disruption during your stay. Our villa manager is obtainable by phone throughout your stay. All of our team live in Pissouri.
