Katikies 22 is a luxury detached 3 bedroom bungalow situated in a 500 square meter plot in a private residential development, 150m flat walk to the Blue Flag Pissouri Beach. Central heating throughout. Fully furnished open plan living/dining and kitchen area, with big patio doors leading out to the garden area with a private 9m x 4.5m swimming pool, built-in BBQ, outside shower, grassed area and fruit trees. It has is own gated driveway and parking for two cars.

Fully equipped kitchen with dining table and seating for 6 . Master bedroom has 1 double bed, dressing table, bedside tables with lamps and fitted wardrobes. 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds bedside tables with lamps and fitted wardrobes. 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds bedside table with lamp and fitted wardrobes. Main bathroom has a bath with jacuzzi, vanity unit with hand basin and w.c. 2nd bathroom with shower, vanity unit with hand basin & w.c. All linen and towels are provided, except beach towels. Fully air-conditioned throughout. Shutters on all doors and windows. We have other villas very close, available for friends and families who wish to stay close by.

'Katikies' is a unique development in beautiful Pissouri Bay consisting of individual, private luxury villas and bungalows to cater for everyone's needs. A perfect haven to relax and unwind, enjoying the scenic views of the Mediterranean Sea and Troodos Mountains. “Brilliant family holiday in a lovely villa”

Back from a great week in Pissouri Bay with our family for my 60th birthday.Everything from the villa to restaurants and bars were superb.Our grandchildren thought the pool was great and the 5 minute walk to the beach was ideal.We would definitely recommend a villa holiday here have been before and will be back for sure.Julie was very helpful and even left me a card and a bottle of wine for my birthday along with bread milk and butter which was very much appreciated.A good time had by all
