Description

New on the rental market is this spacious 3 bedroom townhouse located in Playa Flamenca just off of the market street. This is a fantastic location sought after by many. The home has a large front garden area and table with BBQ as well is about 20 feet from the communal pool. Downstairs the home has a large livingroom seating 5 easily with a full UK TV package and an adjoined dining area for 6. There is a fully fitted kitchen large enough to cater for the entire family and more. There is also a large double bedroom and a full family bathroom. Upstairs there are 2 further bedrooms, the master with double bed and the other has 2 singles. There is also another large family bathroom. ALL BEDROOMS HAVE AIRCON. There is also a balcony upstairs to enjoy the lovely sunsets Spain has to offer. You can see why this is such a perfect location for any holiday rental in Spain or the Costa Blanca, food, fun and sand, what else would you want on your holiday. There is just so much to offer.

The town house is only a couple blocks away from the huge Saturday Market so you can shop for those bargains!! What's fantastic is the largest shopping mall in Europe is only a 15 minute walk away so you can spend hours shopping if not on the beach. Zenia Boulevard has shops in which you can find the latest in fashion, services, design, accessories or decoration at very competitive prices such as those of Primark, Alcampo, Decathlon, Leroy Merlin, Norauto, C&A, H&M, Zara, Zara Home, Lefties, Mango, Stradivarius, Bershka, Pull and Bear, Springfield, etc. Apart from shops it has a Casino, bowling ally, and a host of fine eateries with all different types of food in the central court.

Nearby there are many championship golf courses to choose from plus the Villamartin Golf Course is on your door and other such as Las Ramblas and Campoamor Golf. The La Zenia and Playa Flamenca beaches are just a couple of klm's away as well.

As with all In The Sun Holiday apartments, a starter welcome pack is included with coffee, tea, milk, water, juice and Sangria to start the holiday right!

The best way to see all sights is normally by car. There are coach companies here that offer services going to numerous sights for the day. If you want to venture out, which is very easy, you can take a bus to several large cities nearby such as Cartagena or Alicante and spend a full day seeing sights or just enjoying the fantastic Spanish culture. We at In The Sun Holidays will assist you in every way to getting around to whatever you choose to do on your holiday.

Interaction with guest

We always meet guest at the property, show them in and explain everything about the property. We are on hand 24/7 during their stay to assist with any issue they may have or suggestions of things to do. We personally check guest out. We have a hands on approach to insure guest have the best holiday possible. We insist that during their stay, “Should anything happen they are to phone, NOT text so we can sort the problem immediately”

Desde su llegada, todo lo que deseaba eran unas vacaciones baratas y comenzó a quejarse incluso antes de entrar. El huésped anterior calificó la propiedad con 5 estrellas y los que le siguieron lo mismo. Cada vez que te quejaste de cualquier cosa, hicimos todo lo posible para hacerte feliz y dejar de quejarte. Simplemente querías un reembolso. ¡Recibimos estafas como esta todos los años! No hubo nada de malo en la limpieza, las sábanas y toallas se lavaron profesionalmente y NO hubo manchas en nada, ¡es por eso que las hemos lavado y los profesionales! ¡Y al menos te habló en tu idioma, español! ¡La única razón por la que te trajeron algo fue para callarte! Incluso rechazó la entrada del jardinero para hacer el trabajo mensual en el jardín. Básicamente, querías unas vacaciones gratis para tu familia y es gente como tú a quienes esperamos no volver a ver nunca más. Lo siento, pero esos son los hechos, ¡no cómo los pones! How do damage deposits work?
