RUSTIC CHARM!
Marland Farm is a smallholding nestled at the foot of Prince Alfred's Pass, an easy 15 minute drive from Plettenberg Bay. It offers expansive views of the majestic Outeniqua Mountain Range and has an amazing atmosphere of peace and serenity. If you're looking to escape the madding crowd and wallow in the tranquility of a rural setting, then you're in the right place! The cottages are private, well equipped and comfortably furnished, offering a home-from-home experience. Lounge at the pool, braai (barbeque), chill around the firepit, go for walks, cycle rides or just relax on your covered patio and enjoy the view! The sunrises are unsurpassed and the night skies are just awesome! Bring along your binoculars to make the most of the wonderful birdlife ranging from tiny sunbirds to the Cape Eagle Owl.
There are a wide range of “must see” places nearby and the beaches of Plett and Keurbooms are just a 15 minute drive away.
There are two cottages available to rent: The Lily Pad has 1 huge bedroom and 1 bathroom. Sanders Cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Both cottages are private and have covered patios with lovely views. They are fully equipped with bed linen and bath towels (please bring your own beach towels). The kitchens are also well kitted out with utensils, fridges, gas stoves, microwaves and sandwich toasters. Sanders Cottage has the bonus of a dishwasher.

“Beautifully peaceful setting”
I would happily go back to Marland farm as it is so peaceful with beautiful mountain views, a very comfortable spacious self catering cottage and friendly owners! We really enjoyed our stay.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
