A proximité de la baie de Morlaix et dans un cadre naturel préservé bénéficiant d'une biodiversité remarquable (dispositif européen Natura 2000), cette longère bretonne a été entièrement restaurée de manière traditionnelle avec des matériaux de qualités. Elle est composée de trois corps de bâtiments pouvant accueillir confortablement 2 à 6 personnes.
La maison s'inscrit dans un cadre exceptionnel, au calme, avec une vue imprenable sur la vallée et les premiers hauts reliefs des monts d'Arrées. Elle est située à 15 minutes de la plage et à 5 minutes de Guerlesquin une petite cité de caractère possédant toutes les commodités et commerces. Les villages environnants Le Ponthou et Plouegat Moysan (à 2 min) offrent des commerces de proximité. Lesleac'h est situé au pied des GR 34 et GR 380 et les possibilités de randonnées sont très vastes.
