The apartment, located in the countryside, quiet, is ideally placed between Vannes and Auray, towns in the Gulf of Morbihan, rich in architecture. It is located 3 km away from the RN 165, which gives you quick access in all major directions such as Brest, Nantes or Rennes. You also have at your disposal a garden with games for children, a lounge. garden, a barbecue, a parking space for your vehicle. Apartment 40 m2 for 4 people maximum located in the countryside and 10 km from the sea, comfortable. This apartment is built in the same garden as our house but is totally independent. Description: a room, a stay, a kitchen, a room of bath, a TOILET. Access via external stairs .. Bathroom with thermostatic shower, electric heating. WC independent toilet. Room equipped with a bed 140 x 190, electric heating, blankets. Living room with a sofa bed of 120 x 190, TV, DVD player, various storage, blankets, electric heating. Kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge 45 liters, microwave oven + grill, coffee maker, electric heating, kitchen utensils ... We have not forgotten BB, a high chair and a bed to his measure waiting for him also enjoy his holidays. Our animal friends are not accepted for allergies reasons. Maintenance products provided.

How do damage deposits work?

If Luc (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
