Description
A 25 mn de Brest, au pays des Abers et proche de la côte des Légendes, gîte spacieux et lumineux de 90 m2, tout confort, exposé plein sud, avec terrasse attenante au salon-séjour, labellisé Gîtes de France 3 épis, meublé de tourisme 4 étoiles, Tourisme et Handicap (4 critères). WIFI gratuit illimité.
Dans un cadre de verdure, venez vous ressourcer, loin du tumulte et de la foule ! Profitez du panorama sur le bras de mer Aber Wrach à 300 m, changeant au gré des marées et de la vue imprenable sur le château de Kerouärtz.
Circuits de randonnée, circuits vélo et visites touristiques à proximité (chapelles, Pont du Diable).
Accès à la location par voie privée, parking privé devant le gîte, jardin clos, terrasse de 20m2, salon de jardin 6 pers, transats et barbecue Weber.
Produits de première nécessité fournis. Location de draps (9 € lit 1 pers / 10 € lit 2 pers - lits faits), location linge de toilette (8 € / pers). Forfait ménage sur demande (70 €). Animaux non acceptés sauf chien guide d'aveugle.

Accès internet WIFI illimité. 2 chambres : 1 lit 2 personnes 140x190 au RDC et 2 lits 1 personne 90x200 à l'étage. 2 salles d'eau dont une avec douche à l’italienne au RDC. Cuisine équipée : plaques induction, hotte, four pyrolyse, MO, LV, réfrigérateur-congélateur, grille-pain, cafetière filtre, machine à dosettes Senseo, bouilloire élect, batteur/mixeur, hachoir élect, autocuiseur. LL et SL. Chauffage au sol (RDC) et convecteurs électriques (étage).
Espace jeux enfants à l’étage, baby-foot/billard/ping-pong et coin lecture. Terrain de jeu à disposition. Prêt de boules de pétanque, jeu de quilles et autres jeux d'extérieur sur demande.
Equipement bébé fourni gratuitement sur demande (lit bébé avec plan à langer, chaise haute, poussette canne, baignoire, barrière de sécurité).
Tous commerces à 3 km, 2 boulangeries, épicerie vrac (Plouguerneau). Magasin bio à 10 mn (Lannilis).
7 plages sur la commune, phare de l'Ile Vierge (le plus haut d'Europe), nombreuses îles à visiter, activités nautiques au port du Koréjou, balades en mer au départ de Perros, musée des goémoniers et de l'algue, salle de spectacle Armorica. Piscine à 5 mn (Lannilis), parc de loisirs La Récré des 3 curés à 15 mn (Bourg-Blanc).
Poissons et fruits de mer en vente aux 3 viviers sur la commune (Paluden, Lilia, St Michel) du L au S matin. Dégustation-vente d'huîtres et ormeaux au bar à huîtres Le Gris à Lilia face à la mer du L au D.
Jour de marché le jeudi (toutes saisons) et le dimanche matin à Lilia (période estivale).
