Description

Modern and tastefully decorated villa with a private pool illuminated at night and a panoramic sea view from the private sunny terrace. Villa Rock also has a private garden, spacious and secured parking, resort with pine trees and barbecue.

This light and spacious villa is near the beach in the little community of Podstrana outside of Split in the sunny region of Dalmatia. Podstrana has many long beaches, mostly covered with fine pebbles, but sandy beaches can be found too.

Nearby is the largest Dalmatian town Split and many small surrounding places where you can taste the best local food specialties, and experience local domestic customs. In the summer nightlife flourishes, and you can choose many places like Split, Trogir, Omis, Makarska to visit and have a great time.

We encourage you to visit the town of Split, city center Riva and Diocletian's Palace, which is located 10 km from the facility.

“Beautiful apt, great host”

Since the moment we arrived we realized the excellent decision for choosing to stay our holidays in this beautiful house. The house is secure, spacious, well equipped, comfort and clean! It also has gorgeous pine trees park and a swimming pool!! The bedrooms were nice and lovely kitchen equipped with all the necessary to cook. House was very near to all we needed: a very nice supermarket, pharmacy, fruit store, caffe bars, beach... We can say we enjoyed very much. Owners were very kind and they were all the time available just in case we needed help or suggestions.

“SPECTACULAR POOL AND GARDEN!”

My family had the pleasure of staying at Pave's wonderful Villa Kuk apartment when we were in Split for my sister's wedding. Simply put, the apartment exceeded our expectations and is the ideal apartment for a large family or group of friends looking to stay in Split. Pave and his sister Anita greeted us on our arrival and gave us a tour of the apartment. They were so friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is splendid, with three nice bedrooms and two bathrooms, very nice kitchen and living room, and excellent Wifi/entertainment system. Most interesting part of the house is the garden, which has a truly large and beautiful swimming pool. Near the pool is a huge stone rock that is truly stunning, and above it a relaxing small private park with pine trees. The beauty of nature completely fascinated me. Center of the old town is 15 minutes by car from house - we ate in Split several nights, with ample choice of bistro, cafe, shops, bakery and more. Within just ten minutes walk of the apartment are great pebbles/sand beaches. We were really lucky to have found the apartment, and would stay at Paves's home again without a second thought.
