The villa is a unique house built and decorated with lots of love to provide luxurious but comfortable holiday oasis. The extraordinary elegance and spaciousness abundantly present in this wonderful house will allow you luxurious comfort and an unforgettable holiday. Villa Maria, with breathtaking sea views pool and sauna, distanced 400 m from the gorgeous beach- ideally for the families with children because of trampoline, table football, slide, swing, and table tennis, and most because all the house is fenced so your children can be safe.

“Beautiful place with Beautiful People!”
This is a beautiful villa owned by Silvio and his lovely family. They could not have done more for us. From the first email contact to when we left, the communication and attentiveness was outstanding. Silvio arranged the transfer from the airport and greeted us with a lovely welcome platter of food & drink. Silvio took us to a large supermarket to get our first food shop and offered to take us again whenever we needed to. The villa was well equipped with the most exquisite views. The beds are very comfortable with lovely pillows (quite rare for holidays abroad we have found previously). We asked Silvio for recommendations for days out and after researching he sent lots of options. Through him we met a lovely taxi driver, Andreas who took us to Krka National Park. The Croation people are very proud of their country and it felt like they just wanted to share it with us. We spent a lot of time around the lovely pool, often we would be bought a nice cold beer or be given produce from their vegetable garden. They even made a cake for my Mum's birthday after they heard us singing to her around the pool We cannot say enough good things about this villa and Silvio. Thank you for your fantastic hospitality and making our first trip to Croatia a very positive and friendly experience. Would recommend anyone stay here. :-)

“Amazing host, great place”
Silvio was AMAZING. He is awesome, very helpful and all his recommendations were great. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!!! We couldn't thank him enough for this. He is very friendly, offered to take us to get grocery, helped us with luggages and everything. He is very easy to talk to and more like a friend and if we get a chance, we would love to see him again! THANK YOU!!! The house is comfortable, the main part of the house is in level 2 and the other apartment is on level 4 of the building. Silvio and his family live on level 1 & 3, but we didn't have any problem with them being there. They were all amazing. We came early in May and the heated pool was way too cold for us to use, which is such a shame, but we still enjoy the trampoline and basketball.

“Spectacular”
We had a lovely stay at this residence. They where very helpfull and had lots of things to entertain our children. Fantastic views of the sea and surrounding area. We defenetly reccomand staying here and hope to come back one day.
