Description

House in the heart of city, next to ancient town, to train and coach station, to sea.

On the first floor there are bedroom, dining room with sofa and balcony, bathroom, little kitchen corner.

On the second one, bathroom-laundry with washing machine and a terrace, at your disposal (you will have the sole use of the terrace), for relax or to have breakfast outdoors.

Internet wifi available.

Clean towels and linen will be provided; energy costs are included in the rental price.

Shops and pubs and attractions are all in close walking distance and I can advice you where is good to eat and see.

“Superb apartment”

We originally booked the apartment for 3 days, but we so enjoyed our stay in Polignano and at Red Flowers House that we re-booked to stay later in the week. It has a very central location, close to all amenities and not far from the railway station. Paulo (the owner) is extremely kind and helpful. He picked us up from the train station and helped us with planning our return journey by printing off bus and train timetables for us. He also helped us with hiring bikes and recommending places to eat in the town. The apartment was perfect and just as described. It was great to have a balcony, but an added bonus was the roof top terrace. The wireless internet was reliable, the furniture and fittings were modern and very clean. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent. I cannot recommend it more highly for a stay for 2 people. The only thing you may need to be aware of is that there is quite a steep flight of stairs leading to the apartment which might not be suitable for everybody.

If Paolo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
