Description
This is a two-bedroom house with private roof terrace. It is very modern with brand new furnishings, electrical appliances and airconditions in all rooms.
It has a private roof terrace where you can relax in the sun and drink a glass of wine while looking over the beautiful sea and mountain views.
We have Netflix free of charge.
The house has a communal pool and an allocated underground parking area where you can access the house.
It is situated in a secluded area just a few minutes walk to all amenities. It is within walking distance to Polis town, as Prodromi is in Polis, and a few minutes drive to the fishing village of Latchi, a well-known area with beautiful beaches and fish tavernas. The nearest beach is only 1.5 km away. The house is located near the Baths of Aphrodite (Godess of Beauty and Love) and the Akamas Peninsula - an area of natural wilderness, both geologically and physiographically, also known for its crystal blue waters.
This is the ideal place for those who love exploring scenic natural trails and spot rare endemic plants, are sports enthusiasts, love golf, wish to visit archaelogical museum and churches and are sea lovers!
