Description
It was an old House, from the Fishers of Our Town, and it is a House from our Ancients that were living in Pollença their Whole Life . So that´s because it is in an old and Rustic Stile but restored. It is located just three minutes away on foot to the Center of the Villa. Like You can see in the Photos the House is really good located and next to the Center of Pollença, Where You can find a lot of fun every day, because in Pollença We have a lots of Artists if You read about Our Culture You will see that a lot of Painters are still alive in Our Town. Our Market is Really Wonderful , You can meet People who is playing music in the Center of the Market, also good and Marvellous Fruit from the Farms of Pollença. In Front of Us You find" Puig de Maria" a Mountain, just one Hour away on foot away from the main street of Pollença, it is really a Nice Trip to do, also with Children, when You get in there You have all the Views of the Bay of Puerto Pollença, Cala Sant Vicenç(wonderful Calas), Alcúdia, Puerto Alcudia, and Can Picafort . In the Center of the Villa next to the Church and just five minutes away from the House You also have "El Calvario", a Church that you can get with 365 steps, every step for one Day on the Year. Next to the House You find a Bakery(just one minute away on foot from the House)and also a Familiar Supermarket. If You come with a car We give You a Map of the Parkings where You ca leave the Car. On Your Arrival We Welcome You and check the House with You, tell You where Electricity is , and give give You All the Information You can need on Your stay about Trips, restaurants, markets, supermarkets...interesting Places Where to go. We are very Familiar and We We hope to see You Soon.

“Great house, perfect location”
Stayed here with my sister and our teenage children in August, the house is located on a quite street but very close to the centre of town and the mail square. Bakery is just down the road, perfect for fresh bread and croissant but get there early before they sell out. The property was lovely and clean, the pool was perfect for cooling off after a couple of hours chilling in the sun and everything you could possibly need was provided. Recommended. Parking is tight outside the house so recommend a small car!
