Casa Martin, ideal for couples, families and for athletes (cyclists and walkers).
It lies on the road from Pollensa to Alcudia, access is via a local road , the property is fully closed and has a barrier.
For its situation,it is a beautiful country retreat, very quiet with sweeping views over the lush landscape to the distant mountains of Pollensa and Formentor, just 3 km from the Golf Pollensa.
The villa is a restored country house fully equipped for self catering holiday, ideal for an small family or friends party. Is typically rural style with terracotta floors and a vine terrace in front of the entire façade, which gives a pleasant shade during the hot months.
The house consists of 2 levels, on the ground floor have a lounge with sofa and armchairs, as well as satellite TV and DVD player. Since it is accessed the kitchen, equipped with electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and the necessary utensils to enjoy a pleasant holiday, from the kitchen leads to a space-office, where there is a washing machine and a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. From the same you access the exterior of the house. The downstairs floor is parquet. From the entrance there is a small staircase leading to the upper floor, where are 2 bedrooms, one double with 2 single beds 0.90 * 1.90, the second bedroom has a king size bed and a wardrobe equipped with a safe. a bathroom en suite equipped with bath, bidet, wc and washbasin. and a quiet terrace. The bedrooms have air conditioning / heating.
Outside the house has a covered porch for al fresco dining, a second porch terrace with comfortable sofas, a barbecue area and the pool with a large solarium, from which overlooks the whole estate. These facilities surround a garden area with lawn and plants.
At your disposal we offer baby cot, high chair, internet access by wifi, hair-dryer and pool towels. The maximum capacity is 4 people.

“Not as expected - highs and lows”

Response from the owner Dear family ....... We were surprised to see your comments, we would have liked more if the problems perceived at first had not been solved as we thought, would have told us the next day, so we could take appropriate steps to do so. As for the problems mentioned by the pool, although it is true that we put a antialgas there was no risk for it and the analysis of chlorine and pH were correct, for our part was no impediment to use the pool. As for the odors mentioned, are normally due to the emptying of the pipes, which is solved once again fill with water, have known it was not, we would have done a review with the plumber, which already we have started to see if there are other problems that we ignore. As the murky water, I can only say that before coming to the house passes through two filters that remove all particles that may have, if it happened in a tap should be so accumulated in the pipes, I'm almost certain that this issue solved soon consume only water, since in fact the day of departure when cleaning the house the water was correct. Finally, go to say goodbye to you on the day of departure at 10.00 am, to tell them they could stay in the house until the afternoon, and except for the pool nor I was told these problems, however I thank you that the environment in general and outside the home had been to his liking and we take very seriously your comments, as we work and improve every day to make our guests feel comfortable and happy.
