Description
Villa Moliner is a detached country house just 3 kms from the beach of Llenaire in Puerto Pollensa and 5 kms from Pollensa and Alcudia, with its beautiful beaches and old towns.
As you enter in the property you'll find a great swimming pool with a Jacuzzi inside. It is placed at the beginning of a fantastic and very trim garden integrated with the countryside, which provides you with a perfect space to relax in the sunbeds, have a great time playing with your family or making a barbecue with some friends, in the middle of the great views of the landscape that surrounds you.
From the swimming pool you will see the grand porch with a large table for 8 persons and a billiard. Through it you can get to the estanque of the garden where you will be able to see some fishes and sometimes a frog if you don't scare them.
The house has been carefully designed with a perfect fusion between modern and rustic style, trying to preserve the taste of mallorca properties and wide spaces that make it very confortable.
On the upper floor you'll find the main room and bathroom in suite, the two twin bedrooms, each one of them decorated with its own personality, and one more bathroom. In the ground floor the studio / library at the end and the salon together with the dinning rooms are very spacious, the Kitchen is settled after the dinning room with a back patio for barbacues and breaksfast. One more room with its bathroom in suite is in this floor.
Villa Moliner is really a very nice option for families or group of families up to 8+1 persons specially in summer, but it is also an interesant option to relax or people who like outdoor sports like cycling, walking, footing or water sports. For this people we have a garage that you can use to keep you bikes and even to repair if necessary.
