Villa with pool 3 minutes driving to Pollensa town:
This villa is located in the area of La Font in Pollensa. This villa is a short drive away to the historical town of Old Pollensa and also the popular resort of Port Pollensa. This country side villa boasts a large, unique private pool that is surrounded by enchanted grounds – ideal for couples and small groups to relax and in enjoy the pleasant setting. This 2 bedroom villa has the added benefit of air conditioned/heated bedrooms and WIFI at no extra cost.
The owner has gone to great lengths to ensure that the gardens are kept rich and lush. With plenty of palms, local bushes plus flora and the spacious lawned area.
This Mallorca villa is all on one level and from the shaded terrace the front doors open into the hall. To the right is the master double bedroom which has a double bed whilst opposite is the pretty twin bedroom that both share the family bathroom.
The bedroom air conditioned/heated at no extra cost. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 2 pm to 4 pm and from 9 pm to 8 am.
The lounge is bright and airy with double patio doors opening onto the shaded terrace. Just after the lounge and dining room area is the kitchen which has access to the covered terrace.
If dining al fresco under the main terrace was not enough, further dining is available in the pool house. Here there is also a barbecue kitchen, enough for any gourmet barbecue chef.
The pool has roman steps plus a ladder on the opposite end for access into the pool. There are plenty of shady areas so that you will be able to get a spot for reading or just relaxing.
This is a villa that will be a joy to spend a holiday in. Lights around the garden at night complete the fairy tale setting of the villa. There is also an external shower room.

“Beautiful Villa”
My partner and I stayed for 1 week at this beautiful villa. We had a fantastic stay. It was very quiet and peaceful. The garden were immaculate. I would say it is suitable for a couple or family with 2 children, as there is only 1 bathroom. Thank you for our stay.We feel well rested. Marilyn Church

“Lovely Villa in Excellent Location.”
This is our 2nd time at this lovely villa in La Font area of Pollensa. The Villa and gardens are kept beautifully by the owner and his wife who have a small finca behind the villa. They gave us some fresh figs from their trees! The amenities are excellent, although we had to ask for the pool lights to be switched on at night and also the hot water in the 2nd bathroom. Also, if you wanted a peaceful last morning by the pool, this was somewhat shattered by the grass being cut and the pool cleaned at 8.30am! ( checkout is 10.00am ) . However, I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely property to anyone wanting a top class villa close to the Old Town of Pollensa.
