Five bedroom villa on Peljesac located on stunning beach
This beautiful beachfront villa is located near Orebic on the Peljesac peninsula. It offers direct access to one of the best beaches in the region, as sandy as is possible to find in Croatia leading out into wonderful turquoise water. The villa is set within a very large garden filled with lemon, lime and fig trees as well as palm trees which offer plenty of shade. A gate at the end of the garden leads down to a set of steps and onto the wonderful beach below.
The villa is approached from the rear where there is parking for up to four cars. Guests walk down a short pathway to get to the front (sea-facing) part of the villa where the entrance is located. Guests enter into a large modern open plan kitchen / diner /lounge area. On this ground floor level there are also three double bedrooms and a separate bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor where guests will find two double bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have doors leading out onto a shared sea facing terrace. The villa is finished off with a roof terrace at the top.
The outside area of the villa is most definitely the 'main attraction'. Patio doors from the lounge lead out onto a large area for dining equipped with a BBQ area located at the side of the property . This makes for an ideal entertaining area. In addition there is a comfy outdoor lounge spot. Both the outdoor lounge and dining areas are shaded by an attractive wooden sun shade. Further forward there is a spacious garden where at the end 4 marble chairs and a table are positioned to enjoy the best of the sea view. Stairs (around 60, 40m distance) lead down to the exquisite beach and turquoise water.
A short walk away there is a very pretty Tikki bar and restaurant overlooking the sea as well as a scuba diving center. There is a wonderful sunken ship to view off the coast near the villa. Nearby in Orebic plenty of nightlife can be found as well as more restaurants. From Orebic it is a short ferry ride to visit the city of Korcula whilst approximately 15kms from the villa there is the coastal town of Viganj, popular with windsurfers. Guests staying in this region can also visiting local vineyards, take a day trip to Dubrovnik/Mostar and other places such as the National Park of Mljet Island.

“Awseome house...Awesome location”
Fabulous house...very near Orebic and ferry to Korcula...great beach...Dalmatian oven...dive center and very good restaurant next door...near Croatias best wineries...can't say enough good things about this house!!!

“Relaxing Week, Pure Beauty, Breathtaking Views”
We booked this villa last summer through an online agency, my wife and best friend since kindergarten and his wife. I am a big Game of Thrones fan so actually learned about Croatia from the show where it was being filmed. Did some research and ended up at villa Kustra on the Adriatic. We flew into Dubrovnik, rented a car and drove down, it's about 2 hours, very nice drive fortunately we got there with daylight to spare. We were greeted by a woman manager, cannot recall her name but very nice, helped us with getting settled in and everything. Was a little scared I did not make any dining reservations as many didn't offer online booking and I wasn't calling overseas not even speaking the language. But we got out the first night into Karako which was awesome. There is a tiki bar (walking distance ) called Beach Bar (I will review this place soon) we hit up almost every night, remember Antonio very cool guy always took care of us The first morning there friends headed to the market and stocked up for the week, rest of the day we spent the on the beach. water was perfect temp, so clear. not ever crowded. The views are amazing from the beach, the week went way too fast!! We ate out almost every night and most places were great. Drank a lot of wine and relaxed. The house... house is decorated beautifully and everything looked new as far as appliances and furniture. Very historic feel but modern at the same time. We had satellite tv, like their version of Direct TV I guess. Was fine. We rented waverunners one day in Orebik place was not too far. All in all I would definitely recommend this villa, and the area in general is gorgeous! I wish I could remember more, all my reviews I always remember stuff after the fact but I again for the money it was such a good deal (we split 50/50) so this allowed us to splurge at dinner. Wife and I will probably return one day right now we are planning Caymans though for Nov and Disney again in early April '16. Oh.. Weather was perfect we lucked out, probably 85-90 and sunny every single day.
