Description

Our home is located in one of the quietest and friendliest neighborhoods in South Florida, on a divided street with palm trees and gumbo limbos lining the median, minutes from everything.

Walk to the beach, Publix supermarket, World famous Houston's restaurant and bar, sushi, salons, yoga, authentic Italian deli and more. We lovingly remodeled this home over the last four years. Every room has been updated or completely gutted and redone with an open living area and serene bedrooms.

This is not your grandmother's beach house. We almost entirely re-furnished in 2019 in a comfortable, modern style. Lounge on leather sofas in front of the high definition LCD screen or relax on memory foam mattresses in the bedrooms.

Enjoy our state of the art kitchen fit with a Viking oven and fisher and paykel range. Eat at the bar and chat with the chef, or sit down at the more formal dining room table.

The kitchen and living areas have French pattern brushed marble floors. The master bedroom has hand scraped maple hardwood flooring the other bedrooms are both Ipe a Brazilian exotic hardwood. The master suite has a king sized bed, ceiling fan, large closet and an en suite bathroom entirely done in marble and granite.

The oversized shower has a pancake showerhead with incredible water pressure to rinse away all the salt from the ocean.

The second bedroom also has a king sized bed, large closet and paddle ceiling fan. There is a tub in the second bathroom for those who prefer to soak. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and the forth bedroom doubles as a home office with a Queen-size fold out couch-bed and ceiling fan.

For those of you who like to stay connected or have work to catch up on, there is high speed wi-fi through the house.

The Florida room, which is wrapped in screened windows has a large pine table for casual dining or a late-night poker game. Full size washer and dryer are available for your use.

Take a ride around the 'hood' or to the briny pub just over the Atlantic bridge on our beach cruisers, just be sure to lock them up while you're out.

Beach towels, bath towels and all paper products are provided. This is the perfect home for a beach get away with your family or a couple of friends. We ask that you enjoy our home with common sense and please, never, smoke inside!

Walk to beautiful Pompano beach, boat rentals, fishing charters, diving/snorkeling trips, waterfront restaurants, pubs, ice cream parlor, Walgreens pharmacy, convenience store, Banks, ATM, fishing pier, and more. Nearby gourmet fresh fish market, salons, grocery stores.

The Local AMC 18 screen cinema is 5 mins. Pompano Harness Race Track and Casino (newly renovated is 5 minutes west. 1 mile to public golf course (lighted holes for night golfing). Executive Airport, 5 minute drive. Ft. Lauderdale airport is a 20-minute drive and elite Las Olas Boulevard, with the finest restaurants and boutiques, is a short 15- minute drive.

Ft. Lauderdale Beach Place is south on A1A approx. 14 minutes. Dania Jai-lai is nearby as well and provides for a fun filled exciting evening. Hard Rock Hotel and Casino is about 25

minutes south. Broward Center of the Performing Arts is near Las Olas and they have Broadway Musicals/Shows during all seasons.

Many restaurants have special dinner theater menus both pre and post show. As an alternative to the Ft. Lauderdale airport, the West Palm Beach airport is about 35 minutes drive and at times has discounted fares. Since Pompano Beach is between Ft. Lauderdale and Boca Raton it is truly the best place to be to visit both. And should you want to explore Miami's South Beach, or dine at the world famous Joe's Stonecrab Restaurant, the drive is about 45 minutes south on I-95.

If you like canoeing or kayaking the Loxahatche river 1 hour away in West Palm Beach is a trip full of Florida's beautiful fauna and natural wildlife. The beautiful Florida Keys are a 2 -4 hour drive depending how far you'd like to go. No matter your interests, there is always plenty to do or not to do depending on your mood.

HI Future Guest, You have self check-in so no need to interact with the owner! The Owner is when in town working on an additional listing project located on the east side of the house! It is an Avion travel trailer it is private and not accessible to my guests at this time! Once completed it will be an awesome new listing experience for couples or an overflow from the main home for additional guests if and when requested!!! The Owner might or not, be around during your stay if so I always like to say hi to my guests! If I'm not around I do my best to accommodate my guests needs or requests!!! Thanks Lance
