DEAR TRAVELER, PLEASE KINDLY NOTE: The rental price includes: linens; towels; cleaning four times a week; electricity up to 300 kWh per week. To be paid at the property:final cleaning EUR 300.00;electricity over 300 kWh per week according to consumption EUR 0.60/kWh.Available for a fee, if desired:parking, if reserved in advance;heating (when needed) EUR 4.00/m3;baggage porter;baby bed EUR 15.00/day. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 800 (it is returned to you at check-out).

Villa Mabella is a bright and elegant three-story historical villa located on a hillside, facing the sea. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Mabella you will enjoy a charming view of Ravello and of the sea at a distance. Villa Mabella is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a nice private terrace with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be in a pedestrian precinct, roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the borough of Scala, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Ravello line at 300 meters (990 feet). You will reach Villa Mabella from the parking area going down a 250-meters (820-feet) public walkway that cuts through a courtyard and includes approximately 90 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Villa Mabella. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 250 meters (270 yards), for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces). Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 2.5 meters (8 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the coast and of the sea at a distance. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.

Terrace

The terrace is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.

Garden

The garden is 4000 square meters (43000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch made of stone. It is equipped with tables, chairs and deck chairs. From the garden you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.

Ground FloorLiving Room

The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include two sofas. There is an elegant fireplace made of stone. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels) and a CD player with FM radio. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Kitchen

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline. The room has a window.

Half bath

The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the terrace.

Laundry room

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the main terrace. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.

First FloorBedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include an armchair. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
