Description
Old dependency Castle Roche Jagu, the manor of Belle Fontaine was built in the late sixteenth century. The property is quiet at the end of a path, and has gardens, orchards, a meadow, a pond and a little wood that visitors are invited to explore. Pontrieux is 2 km away with its shops, wash houses to visit, artist workshops, the marina ,, restaurants and cafes, the club of canoeing and the steam train Paimpol. The wing of the house for rent has 2 bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed and a kitchen. Each room has a view of the central garden and its own bathroom / shower and toilet. - Bedroom 1 (15 m²) upstairs: double bed, bathroom and WC - Bedroom 2 (25 m²) First floor: 2 twin beds and a single bed, shower room and toilet - Living-Dining room (25 m²) on the ground floor: large sofa bed and television - shower and WC on the ground floor - Fully equipped kitchen with dining area on the ground floor amenities for children are available on request a folding bed, high chair , a stroller.

“Nádherný starý bretaňský statek, velká kuchyň, skvělí hostitelé”
Belle Fontaine je skvělé místo. Perfektní pro dva páry nebo větší rodiny. Dvě ložnice, každá se svoji koupelnou, velká kuchyně a obývák. Stephanie byla skvělá, domluvíte se anglicky, dostanete čerstvá vejce přímo od slepice, která vás každé ráno přijde pozdravit. V kuchyni je vesměs vše co potřebujete. Pokud umíte francouzsky, můžete si zahrát i jednu ze spousty deskových her. Vyrazili jsme s dvěma malými dětmi a psem. Všechno klapalo a můžeme jen doporučit!

“calme et sérénité”
séjour très agréable dans cette propriété au charme indéniable, au silence religieux; vous bénéficiez d'un cadre authentique, de jardins tout autour, d'un bois agrémenté d'une marre qui débouche sur les rives du trieux où vous accédez au village tout proche de pontrieux qui recèle tous les commerces nécessaires.La situation géographique vous permet de visiter le Tregor sans excéder 25 minutes de voiture: Paimpol, Lannion, Perros Guirrec,Trégier, la côte de granit rose, le chateau de la roche Jagu et la campagne environnante... sont à visiter! L'accueil des propriétaires est parfait ,ils ne manquent pas de vous initier à la connaissance des différentes espèces de plantes qui peuplent leur jardin, ni de vous apporter leur aide quant aux sites à visiter ou encore les choses matérielles qui pourraient vous manquer. Le gîte quant à lui est spacieux, propre, bien équipé ( à savoir qu'il n'y a pas de télé mais présence de la wifi...) A recommander vivement à ceux en quête de calme ,repos, sérénité ainsi qu'aux amoureux de la nature.
