Description
Our spacious apartment is attractively furnished and has hot/cold air conditioning, making it suitable all year round. The lounge/dining area has a sofa and double sofa bed, 40 inch flat-screen TV with free to air English channels and film 4. Indoor dining table and chairs to seat 6. A large picture window leads to a spacious balcony with table and chairs which makes a lovely setting to relax over breakfast or an evening glass of wine with a book. There is also a large outdoor swimming pool ideal for those lazy days when you just want to relax close to the apartment.
Both twin-bedrooms have large mirrored wardrobes and plenty of hanging/storage space. The bathroom has a fully fitted shower, wash basin, toilet and washing machine saving you lots of time and money at the laundrette. With baggage prices rising, you can also take less clothes!
As this is our family apartment the modern fitted kitchen includes a newly installed electric oven and hob, a new family size fridge/freezer large enough to store food to cook for a few weeks, kettle, toaster and microwave. Basically everything you need to live as do at home should you wish.
A small but well equipped supermarket and hairdressing salon are located within 2 mins away.
This apartment is ideal for couples and families alike and guests return year after year due to its exclusive location yet cost effectiveness as a key driver.
The quaint town centre with its many high quality yet affordable restaurants is a delightful ten minute stroll along the exclusive Pine Walk. And for that special occasion, there are also plenty of restaurants to rival the worlds best and even the King of Spain's favourite fish restaurant!

Our apartment has 2 single beds in each of the 2 bedrooms and a double sofa/bed in the lounge ao will sleep up to 6 should you wish. It will sleep 6 but we feel it is ideal for 2 couples with children rather than 6 adults with it having one bathroom.

There is a large balcony with table and chairs which seats 4 but there are 2 spare chairs which can also be used should you wish. To the rear of the apartment block there is a large attractive swimming pool bar/restaurant with sunbathing areas guests can use providing they purchase food and or drinks from the bar. From the apartment you can see the sea alongside the executive apartments in-front as it is literally a stones throw away. However i would like to be honest and to call it a sea view would not be right.

“Small but comfortable apartment in a great location”
We have just had a lovely week in Simon's apartment in Port de Pollenca. The apartment is not huge but is very homely and comfortable and just right for us. As Simon says you need to purchase food or drink to use the pool, which is only reasonable. In any event Miguel is a great host and the food is perhaps better than you might expect from a simple bar. The location is right behind the Illa D'Or Hotel and a matter of yards from a calm beach to swim. All the arrangements with Simon were dealt with quickly and efficiently by email.

Response from the owner Hi and thanks for your review. We are glad the apartment was comfy, suited your needs and the washing machine was useful. I hear your feedback re the pool, however in the email and information pack we send it out it clearly states that the pool is not owned by the apartments and as such must be treated like any other pool bar. You cannot expect to use facilities ahead of guests purchasing food and drinks. We always go to great pains to make this explicit as we know the set-up. The pool and bar are a great advantage being so close, however we appreciate that like any business the owners must sell drinks and or food to pay for the upkeep and wages of those working there. We are sorry if this tainted your stay in any way, but it was made very very clear in all documentation.
