THE RATES ARE INCLUSIVE OF DAILY PER PERSON TOURIST TAX

This 2 bedroom,air conditioned, corner apartment is in a small private block of 14 Situated just behind Pine Walk close to the Illa D’or hotel. As it is situated on the third floor, it has views of either the mountains or the sea from each of the large windows on all three sides.

It is only 50 yds to the beach and the centre of Puerto Pollensa is approximately 15 to 20 mins stroll down the attractive pedestrianised Pine walk.

The Beautiful ground floor bar/restaurant has a pool with childrens section which . if you are a client of the bar /restaurant you can use

The apartment has a fully fitted separate kitchen with an open plan lounge /dining area. This leads off to one of the double bedrooms with the other double/twin being located through the hall. There are two balconies, the front overlooks pine walk and the sea and has chairs and a small table, and the rear overlooks Boquer valley hills.

The quiet street between the apartment block and pine walk provides ample parking.

In the high season the bar downstairs has live music ( a small local band or guitarist) on Monday and Friday it ends on the dot of midnight

It is also regarded as polite to purchase some drinks?food from the bar if prolonged use of the pool , the facilities and the sunbeds are used

Stylish, modern and spotlessly clean apartment in a great location, I could not fault it in any way! Would definitely recommend the apartment which is just off the Pine Walk - beautiful!

Response from the owner Thank you for your comments, I addressed the concerns about the attitude of the owners of the bar and clients using the pool and it seems there were issues with abuse of the facilities by some clients staying in other apartments. I will try to make it clear on the advert that the pool does belong to the bar and no drinks nor food would be allowed to be taken to eat there

“Excellent place to rest and relax!”

We have never booked a private hire apartment before and were initially apprehensive, we needn't have been however, Melanie was so helpful with all her useful advice prior to the holiday and help was available when we were there. The apartment was clean and perfect for our needs, especially with space to keep our bikes safely. The use of the pool is great , as long as you don't mind paying for drinks throughout the day, however, you are also just a 5 minute walk to the beach. In the evenings we were able to walk the 15 - 20 minute beautiful walk along the beach to an array of fantastic restaurants. The apartment is in a perfect position for cyclists to ride into the mountains and those less energetic to stay by the sea and pool. It is a quiet family friendly resort with lots of activities to offer. With a beautiful view of the mountains from one balcony. We will definitely look to booking again.

“Excellent apartment located 2 mins from the beach in Puerto Pollensa”

We stayed in this 3rd floor apartment for 2 weeks and found it very comfortable, clean, spacey and well-kept. We are a family of 4 and were in Puerto Pollensa for a mountainwalking holiday (the apartment is just a 30 mins drive away to the Serra de Tramuntana trails). Nicely located with only a short walk to all the restaurants and the beach but still quiet and peacefully lovated at the foot of mountains. Very good value for the money.

“Fantastic apartment in lovely location”

Having never booked a private rental before we were a little nervous about doing so, but after having such a nice week away in a fully furnished, well equipped apartment we will definitely do so again. The apartment itself has a great setting about a 15 minute stroll along the sea away from the centre of Port de Pollenca. It was very clean, spacious and tastefully furnished (all from IKEA which my wife is massive fan of) with a very comfy king size bed a 2 leather settees. There are big window which let lots of light in. The kitchen has all you need for a week away, and there is also a TV with UK freeview channels via a sky digibox & a DVD player also. The view from the Balcony is lovely as you can see the sea and is a great place to sit and watch the sunset. We would definitely consider going back at some stage with our new arrival which is due next year. We traveled in November so a lot of the supermarkets, bars & restaurants were closed so we cannot vouch for peak season but the town itself has beautiful views of the sea and harbor on one side and is surrounded by the mountains on the other. We hired a car and explored a lot of the North side of the Island and would recommend doing so. The Euroski on the way from Pollenca is reasonably priced. For a great day out take the Mountain road to Lluc and continue on to Soller. Be prepared for some breathtaking views and hair raising corners. Pollensa itself is worth a visit so too is Alcudia.

“Fantastic apartment in a great location”

This is a great place to stay in Puerto Pollensa. The apartment is well equipped, clean and fantastically located in a quiet street, just 1mn walk from the beach. The town and other amenities are in easy walking distance, just a pleasant stroll along the Pine Walk. The beach is great for young children, clean, sea shelves very gradually and is sheltered and calm. Access to the pool is an added bonus. My children want to move to Mallorca on a permanent basis as a result of our holidays here! I would also highly recommend the ResortHoppa service from the airport, which we have used for three years without fault.
