Recently refurbished to a modern high standard, penthouse 3rd floor apartment in pine walk area of puerto pollensa with great sea views. Large 50 sq mt terrace, partly covered for shelter from sun or rain. Two bed apartment with two bathrooms. Apartment is 100 metres from hotel Illa Dor. Beach just metres away. Private parking. Air con in the apartment. All on one level so great for kids. Located on third floor (no lift).

Response from the owner Good Evening Thank you for your review. I am sorry you were disappointed on your arrival but I would like to clarify a few issues. Firstly, I only received your whatsapp message at 01.16 during my sleeping hours. I then received another whatsapp from you the following morning being a Bank Holiday Monday at 10.32 and 10.38 of which I responded at 10.39 offering my apologies. I explained that I would not be able to get the cleaners in due to the Bank Holiday and the girls already being on other jobs. Therefore, I offered for myself to come to visit and put right the issues of concern. Unfortunately, 15 August was a very busy day and I already had appointments booked with other clients and other rental arrivals. However, I kept you updated and arrived at your apartment at 16.00. I was met with a very aggressive approach and felt very uncomfortable in yours and your husbands company. I apologised for the findings and offered to clean the apartment. I even offered a full refund as it was quite obvious that you were both very unhappy with the apartment but you chose to stay for the two weeks as long as I offered a Full Deep Clean . I spent 4 hours and was joined by one other member of my team and we provided this full cleaning service. We left you clean linen and towels for your use during the remainder of your stay. I feel that your review is very much over exaggerated and would like to confirm that during the last three years I have had nothing but favorable reviews of which only one was sent directly by email to the owner the week prior to your stay. After this service was provided, I never heard from yourselves again during the full two weeks of your stay. I am assuming that you were more than happy with the rectification of these early issues which were sorted out as quickly as I possibly could. Regards Claire Sanderson

“Great apartment - perfect location”

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It suited us perfectly and is ideal if you're looking for somewhere calm and comfortable to relax and soak up the sun and the location. It is in a quiet street and it felt very private as there was no-one in the adjoining apartment during our stay. It was great being on the top floor and having the corner position from which you can see the sea. The apartment was light and airy and had everything we needed. I would say that the photos don't do it justice. It is even more spacious and well furnished than you think! There is a table and chairs to eat at indoors as well as the excellent table on the terrace, and the bathrooms are both of a good size and well appointed, although the shower in the ensuite could do with some updating. There is a washing machine in the ensuite bathroom and a rack for drying clothes on the terrace. We loved the airiness of the flat - being able to get a breeze through from the front to the back, with windows that open from the bedrooms to the mountains. The air-conditioning was very efficient, and there was great, free wifi (essential for our teenager). We loved using the pool at the Laguna Bar just along the street, where the service was very welcoming and relaxed. The beaches closest to the apartment were perfect and not as busy as the main Pine Walk area. It was great having a supermarket so close and the bar/cafe that was open for meals all day and evening. It would have been helpful to have some information about Port de Pollensa in the apartment - we had never been before and really have appreciated some maps and leaflets about things to do and places to go. Given the overwhelming wealth of choice of apartments available and how hard it is to make a decision about what might suit you best for a week's holiday, I would have preferred to have been able to have more discussion with Claire before booking the apartment. Some more encouragement to ask questions and to feel that our booking was valued would have been helpful. However, we did meet Claire whilst we were there which was great, and really helped to give us some recommendations for walks and other activities. We will definitely return!

“Great apartment Puerto Pollenca”

I booked for a week in this gorgeous aparment , and ended up extended for a further week. Very clean, well equipped, beautiful terrace with beautiful Sea view . 2 mins walk from the pine walk perfect location . Highly recommended. Claire and a Graham from C & G management very helpful and easily contacted .. Wouldn’t hesitate in staying there again .

“Perfect place to stay in Puerto Pollenca”

The property is in a lovely position with views to the sea and beach and the mountains. It has been furnished to an excellent standard. Most impressive is the room on the terrace with areas for sunbathing and sitting in the shade. It has its own parking. There is a handy supermarket within 1 mins walk. We absolutely enjoyed our 8 day stay there.
