Villa with private pool in Port de Pollensa:

Only a few minutes' walk from the seafront, Villa Moncho is in a great position! The beach, shops and restaurants of Puerto Pollensa are a little further along the waterfront, easily reachable either on foot or by car. Plus, Alcudia and Pollensa are also only a short drive away. This impressive and spacious 5 bedroom villa has a large private swimming pool and includes WIFi and air conditioning/heating in all of the bedrooms.

Swimming pool and BBQ area Outside, Villa Moncho has a fantastic, large dining terrace with a table and chairs for 10, which is shaded for alfresco dining in comfort. The brick BBQ is to one side of the swimming pool. The private pool is an unusual curved shape and has Roman steps for easy access. There is a small lawned area to one side and the grounds are fully enclosed and bordered by trees and hedging for a good deal of privacy. Entrance By the entrance of the villa is a private parking area with space for 3 hire cars. The main entrance is at the front of the house. Living space Villa Moncho is a great choice for larger groups, with a lounge area on both levels. The ground floor lounge is combined with the main dining area, which has a large picture window overlooking the pool. Patio doors also open onto the villa grounds. Adjacent to the dining area is the colourful, fully equipped kitchen, also with patio doors onto the pool terrace. On the first floor is a second smaller lounge area with a TV and a window overlooking the side of the house. Bedrooms and bathrooms On the ground floor is a twin bedroom and adjacent shower room, both with patio doors onto the side terrace. On the first floor are 2 twin bedrooms which share a separate shower room, and 2 double bedrooms each with their own en suite bathroom. All of the first floor bedrooms also each have their own small balcony. Air conditioning/heating In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 20:30 to 08:30.

Central heating has an extra cost of 200€ per week if you need.

“Spacious house and gardens in quite residential area of Puerto Pollensa”

The villa is in a lovely part part of Puerto Pollensa less than 5 minutes from the sea, and close to local shops, restaurants and bars. It's very spacious with good sized bedrooms and a lovely garden and pool for children and barbecue if you fancy eating in. At the end of the road is the bus stop into town if you want to go out for supper or to the market on a Wednesday morning in the church square. It's a lovely walk along the front to the marina but may be too much for little legs as it takes a good half hr and if you want to walk along the Pine Walk it's at least an hr. There are lot of playgrounds dotted along the beach for children to have fun on with lots of climbing equipment and the sea is shallow in places and clear. The main supermarket Eroski is a good half hrs walk but if you don't have a car it's an easy bus trip. One thing missing at the villa is sun umbrellas, which are really necessary for little ones. There is an awning over the table tennis but not enough space to put sun loungers under.

“60th Birthday Holiday”

After recently spending my 60th Birthday at villa with my family and friends I found the villa very well equipped, in a lovely sunny position. Great for outside eating with bbq. My only complaint was we didn’t have an option for the pool to be heated as we were visiting in May. For a young family to visit Peurto Pollença it would be an ideal villa.
