Description

Only 50 metres from the beach the apartment is west facing so has the sun on the balcony all afternoon. It is lovely and bright in all of the rooms with plenty of space for everyone.

There are 3 double bedrooms, one king, one double and 2 single beds. The master bedroom has an en suite shower room and the main bathroom has been upgraded with a new shower in 2023.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with everything that you need for a comfortable stay; electric cooker and gas hob, fridge with large freezer compartment. Microwave, dishwasher, toaster , kettle, coffee maker. There is a further utility room with a washing machine and dishwasher.

It is equipped with air conditioning in all of the rooms and there is also full central heating so it is comfortable all year round.

The apartment is on the second floor of a building with a lift, there are a few steps to access the lift. Its close to the beach and the many bars, restaurants and shops of Port de Soller.
