Description
The Port House is a three bedroom villa located in Port de Sóller with stunning views overlooking the port and the sea. Situated on the jagged west coast of the island, the villa itself is bright and airy and has been decorated in white and beige neutral colours and is very relaxing.
On the upper level, the living room features floor-to-ceiling sliding windows, through which an ample terrace is accessed. The terrace, with dining furniture, offers excellent views over the port and out to sea, and is a perfect place for al fresco dining.
Next to the living room is a modern and well-equipped kitchen, which also offers access to the terrace and BBQ area.
On the middle level are three bedrooms, all offering sea views, and all with air-conditioning. There are three bathrooms on this level, each with their own walk-in shower or bath. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (with an additional single bed located immediately outside the door if required). Bedroom 2 is twin bedded (again with an additional single bed if required) and Bedroom 3 has twin beds. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.
Grounds: Large swimming area with private pool (10m x 6m), sun loungers and large parasols to give shade. The swimming pool area is surrounded by large protective glass windows with impressive views of the sea and Port Sóller. Adjoining this area is a sheltered patio, which offers a table and chairs in the shade for hotter days.
At the front of the house, by the entrance, there is another al fresco sitting area with a large wooden table and chairs.
It is about a 5-7 minute walk from the house to the beginning of the promenade at the Repic Beach end of Port de Sóller. There are a number of restaurants there overlooking the beach which have tables positioned in the centre of the promenade. From Repic Beach it is a further 10-15 minute walk along the promenade to the port. When we stay in the house ourselves we regularly walk to the port side to eat, which is very pleasant as there are many shops and restaurants along the way.
Cars can be parked on the street directly outside the property. There are no parking charges. There is a metal gate from the road into the property, from which the property is accessed.
Sorry, check-in/check-out is only possible on a Saturday.

“Must have the best view in Port de Soller”
Great sea views from every room, pool area and terrace. Great location within walking distance of the two beaches and all the bars and restaurants. Port de Soller has some great restaurants too. 10 minutes from the old town of Soller which is great and only 25 minutes drive to Palma for even more high quality restaurants, bars and shopping. As well as this Deia is on your doorstep. Everything you need.
