Villa Irini is located in Peloponissos, province of Argolida, one of the most interesting parts of Greece, rich in history, spectacular scenery and crystal clear seas, 4km from Porto Heli center, a very popular holiday destination, in Costa area, Limanakia bay.The house is set on an idyllic 8000 m2 plot, offering a breathtaking view of Limanakia beach and Spetses island. The property is covered with trees and vegetation in season. It consists of 2 pairs of double rooms, each pair with one bathroom with shower plus one large double room with its own bathroom with shower. A WC is also available. All rooms & living areas are air conditioned. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary facilities, including a dishwasher, microwave, espresso and filter coffee makers. There is a spacious unified living and dining room with a fireplace which opens up to a large terrace with a sea view. The garden around the villa includes both pergolas, patios , and strategically placed hammocks where you can relax. There is even a small organic vegetable garden, as well as various fruit trees. A 30 sqm studio, independent from the main house, equipped with a bathroom and shower, that can accommodate up to 4 people is also available for an extra charge (unavailable from November to end of April). The swimming pool (50 sq m, max depth 3m), together with the pool bar is located right at the edge of the property overlooking the sea. A cobbled path leads from the pool area to the sea with sea taxi access (10 minutes to Spetses island). A small basketball court is available on the other side of the property, a ping pong table can be setup in one of the patios, and 2 inflatable two seater kayaks are at the guests' disposal. Each common area is equipped with audiovisual equipment (TV, DVD & sound system) and wifi internet access. A small office station (PC, printer, fax) is available in the living room. There is a laundry room in the basement with a large washing machine & dryer. The nearest beach is 100m away and a 3 minute walk. Many other sandy beaches can be found within driving or sailing distance.There are excellent traditional tavernas serving fresh fish. Services available in Porto Heli: Grocery, super market , drugstore, bank, rent a car, motorcycle, bicycles.There is a medical center located in Kranidi (10km). Water ski schools, scuba, diving, rent a boat services are easily available. Full day maid service & assistant cook, and baby sitter are available on request for an extra cost. You have a choice during your stay to specify whether you prefer the rooms to be equipped with double or single beds.

“astonishing view and hospitality”
Great location,ammenities and polite staff. Located just off the beach with great view on the open sea while your having your coctails by the private pool! Highly recommended!

“Great views and wonderful owners”
We had a delightful week in villa irini. The villa is a lovely balance of homely and quality accommodation. Vangelis was wonderful arranging for our arrival including making provision for one of us who needs a gluten and dairy free diet. Nothing was too much trouble for him or those on site. The friendliness of Wilson, Tassi and Angela is overwhelming. Nothing is too much trouble and although they live on site and are available seemingly all the time they are also discreet and never in the way. Wilson cooked a wonderful meal one evening for us, something we would heartily recommend. We had the option of breakfast being prepared for us. Lovely bread,cheese, meats, eggs, fresh orange juice and fruit was such a wonderful start to each day, and no washing up! The kitchen is one of the best equipped we've ever had with lots of herbs, spices and oils available, and I gather Vangelis plans to put a new kitchen in for next year, which will make it even better. The espresso machine was a great addition. The bedrooms are all lovely, clean and comfortable. And with Angela making our beds each day it feels almost like a hotel but with the lovely home feel. Mosquito nets on all the doors and windows was a nice touch, but the area seemed remarkably mosquito free for a Mediterranean holiday. There is so much lovely outdoor space wth so many tables to sit at and enjoy a coffe and the amazing views of the sea and coastline. The pool is a wonderful place to spend time, and the fridge by the pool is a lovely extra touch as are the 2 hammocks in addition to the sun beds. The steps down to the sea with a rocky access is wonderful for when you need a change from the pool. We also loved the cat family that were around and friendly but not intrusive. There is good shopping nearby in Porto Heli, and we were rather taken by the restaurants in the harbour of Ermioni. Porto Heli is quite a way from the main archaeological sites on the Pelopponnese and the roads are pretty winding so it isn't ideal for lots of sightseeing, but with such an amazing place to stay who needs to travel. “Perfect Summer Holiday”
My wife and I with our three children and another family had an amazing two weeks at Villa Irini. The location to the sea (30 private steps) means that you do not need to be constantly jumping in and out of a car. There is a good taverna on the beach only 3 minutes walk away. The villa sits in a spacious plot with a good-sized pool, a bar, table tennis table, basketball court, amazing vines, chilli plants, hammocks, a bbq, plenty of different relaxing areas so you never feel that the villa is overcrowded. There is also a cleaning service and breakfast daily and babysitting, lunches and evening suppers catered for on request. It really is the most magical place to visit and I could not recommend it more highly.

“Simply stunning”
We stayed at Villa Irini for two weeks with another family and couldn't have asked for a more perfect villa. The location unbeatable - amazing views, crystal clear sea, buzzy sandy beach we could walk and swim too and an excellent taverna . We enjoyed swimming the bay every morning. The pool area is brilliant, large pool and a great bar with shaded seating. They had recently added some hammocks which we all enjoyed our siesta in! The rooms are very comfortable, recently been redecorated, and we made the most of all the outside eating areas when hosting friends for supper. Wilson was wonderful, preparing breakfast every morning and cooking some excellent BBQs for us. The children made use of the ping pong table, basketball court and loved exploring the garden and playing with the cats. We felt totally privileged to be able to stay in this lovely family villa and to have been looked after so well.
