Newly refurbished apartment on the first floor, located at 50 meters from the beach of the village, in the historic centre of Porto Cesare on characteristic pedestrian area full of shops, bars, restaurants. Entrance to the first floor, stairs of access. Double bedroom, triple bedroom, a kitchen, bathroom with hydromassage shower. From the kitchen leads to a small balcony with a washing machine. The apartment is equipped with Tv, washing machine, hair dryer, air conditioning in all rooms and mosquito nets. Modern decor, very nice. Heating. The location is at 50 meters from the beach of the village, in the historic centre of Porto Cesareo, at 1.5 Km from sandy beaches of the North Coast reachable within a few minutes. Convenient for those who don't want to use the machine as close to the beach and to the Center.
Pets not allowed Water Consumption, electricity and gas to be paid locally EUR 15 per person (excluding children under age 4 years) per week.
