Description
This charming house, situated in the old town of Porto Colom, was formerly inhabited by a lighthouse keeper and can accomodate 4 people.
The furnished terrace of 50 m2, located on the second floor, is ideal place to spend pleasant moments accompanied by your family or friends. Take the opportunity to sunbathe on loungers or enjoy a good breakfast overlooking the port. You can also prepare a delicious outdoor barbecue, which will be at your disposal.
The interior of the house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor you will find 2 bedrooms; with two single beds each; a bathroom with shower and a small inner courtyard which provide much light at the entrance of the house and one of the bedrooms.
On the first floor there are the common areas, a 3rd bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. The area of the living room is very bright and has access to a small balcony of 3 m2. The kitchen with vitro and open to the living room, has everything you might need to cook comfortably during your stay. The separate laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The common areas and bedrooms are all equipped with air conditioning. We can provide a crib and a highchair when traveling with a baby.
The area of Porto Colom is a beautiful tourist area in eastern Mallorca. It has a variety of sandy beaches and coves very close, retaining the traditional sailor atmosphere of this part of the island. Its bay still has "llaütets" (typical Mallorcan boat) and trawlers, that go out to sea every morning.
If you like sports like golf, canoeing or cycling, the area is ideal for you. You can rent canoes and bicycles in the center of Porto Colom and for golf lovers there is the Golf Course Vall d'Or very close, in the town of Horta.

NOTE: The rent of this property is based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban rentals, for which the property will be available for the seasonal use. This contract does not offer any kind of tourist services to the renter and only consists of the grant of use and enjoyment of property.
