Description

This wonderful countryside house, made of majorcan stone with an idylic chlorine swimming pool, located at Porto Cristo, welcomes six guests.

Welcome to this typical architectural majorcan style house, located at a very rural area, surrounded by olive trees. The outdoors are idyllic and it disposes of a chlorine 8x6m swimming pool, with a depth ranging that goes from 0.20m to 1.80m and an external shower. Beside this swimming pool, there is a chill-out area and a porch, where you can prepare tasty barbecues with your loved ones.

The property is divided in two floors and the common areas are big and lifted up. At the ground floor, there is a comfortable dining-room with a satellite TV and air conditioning, and the gas open kitchen disposes of all the necessary amenities you might need during your stay. You will also find a bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe and a bathroom en suite with a bath and a shower. and a second bathroom with a shower too for common use. At the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one of them with a wardrobe and both with a double bed, a bathroom en suite with a bath and direct access to a wonderful furnished porch, where you can relax and enjoy de amazing views to the forest and the mountains, or sit at the terrace having a drink. If you travel with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair. There are a washing machine, an iron and an iron board. The house disposes of diesel oil central heating for the winter and three fans for the summer.

Porto Cristo is a very nice area and has easy access to lovely coves like Cales de Mallorca. Estany den Mas or Cala Mandia. We recommend a visit to Cuevas dels Hams, and for the adventurous ones, a trip in a boat to Llevant area.

Porto Cristo is also known for its wide touristic range offer, you can rent bikes, have fun during its lively nights and taste typical majorcan foods.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

“Excellent stay in idyllic location”

This villa sits 10 minutes drive from Porto Cristo. It is surrounded by olive groves and amazing views to the coastline. The outdoor space is fantastic. Lots of spaces for sun, partial shade and complete cover. Would benefit from better air conditioning as only in one room and fans only in bedrooms. Great welcome pack of fruit cheese snd wine. Had a lovely time here.
