Description
La "Villa Marinarca Porto Vecchio" est classée à l'office du tourisme et dispose de son propre site.
A l'entrée de la ville de Porto Vecchio, donc à proximité immédiate de tous les commerces et des plus belles plages du sud de la corse ; la villa est située dans le domaine privé de MARINA DI FIORI.
Villa lumineuse et spacieuse pour 2 à 12 personnes, de plus de 250 M2.
Avec une VUE MER exceptionnelle.

A votre disposition une superbe piscine miroir de 11X4, chauffée, traitée au sel et sécurisée.
ACCES A LA PLAGE A PIED :
Pour profiter de la plage du domaine (calme et peu fréquentée). Il vous suffira de parcourir environ 500 mètres par un chemin piéton ou descendre en voiture en 2 minutes (parking privé).
Les magnifiques plages du sud de la corse (Palombaggia, Santa Giulia, Cala Rossa, St Cyprien, Benedettu...) se situent à environ 10 minutes de la villa.
5 A 6 CHAMBRES SPACIEUSES ET CLIMATISES :
Aménagée sur 3 niveaux, cette maison convient parfaitement aux familles jusqu'à 10-12 personnes.
En rez de jardin : Quatre chambres doubles, spacieuses, équipées de penderies et de lits doubles de 160 et de lits simples en 80.
Deux chambres disposent de leur propre salle de bains avec douche italienne.
Deux autres chambres partagent une salle de bains avec douche italienne.
A l'étage : une Suite avec une très grande chambre et une vaste salle de bains indépendante (grande douche italienne, double vasque, wc indépendant). Bénéficie d'une terrasse et d'une vue féerique sur la mer et les montagnes.
Une suite supplémentaire très spacieuse (chambre, salle de bains et wc indépendant) au RDC peut éventuellement être mis à disposition à la demande et avec surcoût (6ème chambre en suite située en rez de jardin habituellement non ouverte).
Toutes les chambres sont climatisées individuellement.
PIECES A VIVRE
A l'étage : le salon, la salle à manger, la cuisine donnent accès par de grandes baies vitrées à deux terrasses avec pleine vue mer sur le golfe de Porto Vecchio.
Vous disposerez dans le salon d'une chaine Hifi, TV 80cm, lecteur DVD (dvd à disposition).

TERRASSES AVEC VUE MER
Les terrasses sont spacieuses et vous permettent d'admirer la magnifique vue sur la baie de Porto Vecchio.
JARDIN AMENAGE
Le terrain de 1800 m2 aménagé et entretenu par un paysagiste vous permet de profiter de nombreuses essences et de magnifiques fleurs en fonction des saisons.
Les abords de la maison sont organisés autour de pelouses.
Le jardin est éclairé le soir.
ACCES AU SPORTING CLUB DU DOMAINE
La villa comporte un accès gratuit au sporting club privé du domaine qui se situe à environ 500 mètres à pied de la villa : parc de 3ha en bord de mer.
Vous aurez ainsi un accès gratuit à une piscine de 25 mètres (en plus de la piscine privée de la villa) ouverte de mai à septembre (cours de natation, aquagym possible) Les plus petits pourront également profiter d'un bassin qui leur est réservé.
A coté de la piscine vous trouverez le restaurant du club et un espace vert ombragé. Le restaurant du sporting est ouvert du matin jusqu'au soir.
La location de la villa vous donne également un accès gratuit toute l'année aux 5 tennis du club (avec vue sur mer pour l'un).
Des tables de ping-pong et un boulodrome sont également à disposition.
La plage de Marina di Fiori est calme et ombragée.
PORT DU DOMAINE
Au bout de la plage du domaine, le port de Marina vous permet de réserver un anneau ou de louer un bateau pour visiter par la mer les nombreuses criques, les plages ou encore les fonds marins.

Mise à disposition possible d'un véhicule 7 places depuis l'aéroport de Figari.
Mise à disposition possible de draps et serviettes de bains par les personnes d'accueil.

La villa est située à moins de 5 minutes du centre-ville de Porto-Vecchio et des commerces, à 10 mn des plus belles plages du Sud de la Corse et à 20 mn de l'Ospédale (départ de nombreuses promenades en montagne)
