Description
This 5 bed town house is positioned a ten minute walk from Royal Portrush Golf Course and is beside the beach and the water-sport centre where surfing is very popular. It is an ideal place for children to enjoy the sandy beach of the east strand, without crossing the street. The house can accommodate 2 families and sleeps 10. SORRY WE DON'T TAKE GROUPS. THIS IS FAMILY ONLY LETTING. The reception room upstairs has uninterrupted views of beach and sea on east strand, with a sit out balcony. There is an open plan kitchen living room downstairs. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave and all the necessary utensils and crockery. House also contains a utility room with washing machine, and a toilet and shower room at the back door. There is a bathroom on first and second floors with shower. There are 5 double bedrooms, 2 with bunk beds and 3 with double beds. Bed linen supplied if staying for at least 3 nights. Free internet access, T.V. and DVD player. Some DVDs supplied to watch. Minimum of 3 nights. At least one week at peak times - Saturday to Saturday. This is strictly a NON-SMOKING HOUSE AND NO PETS.

“Portrush house”
Fantastic 5 bedroom house, stayed here 3 years ago. Owners have done a great job decorating and modernising the house, 2 families of 5 joined together plenty of room and fantastic location right on beach great for kids, big and small. Would highly recommend to anyone.
