A 5 bedroom townhouse holiday home. Well decorated and maintained throughout. Accommodation comprises of 2 king sized bedrooms, one of which is an ensuite, 2 double rooms and a single room. Family sized bathroom, kitchen dining area and seperate lounge with small balcony. Garden at the rear is enclosed. All mod cons including fridge/freezer,dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, digital TV ,VCR and DVD in lounge and digital TV in the Kitchen. FIBRUS FIBRE broadband. OFCH. There are stair gates for each set of stairs on the property suitable for securing young infants. This is a well maintained property within easy reach of supermarkets, churches and on a main bus route and one mile to the beautiful Portstewart Strand beach, Portstewart championship golf course and town centre. It is an ideal base from which to explore the world famous causeway coast and the Maiden city of Londonderry, the north west and Donegal. Tourist attractions nearby include Giants Causeway, Carrick a Rede rope bridge & Ballintoy & other areas where the popular Game of Thrones was filmed. Approximately half a mile away is the new Diversary children's play park on Agherton road opened 2016.

“Great break”
we spent 3 nights here. Lovely house in a great location. Had a toddler with us and owner sorted out high chair and travel cot. House was everything we needed and more

“Ideal family holiday home”
We had a great break here. Very well equipped holiday home. A short distance to town / beach by car. Owner very friendly and helpful. Lots of space, perfect for families. Recommended.

“Excellent holiday house”
We booked this house for a family break and it really was excellent. It is exactly as the photos and was absolutely spotless! Jean is a fabulous host, couldn't have been nicer, even met me after we left when we had left a few belongings behind! The house has everything you could need, including a high chair and stair gates. Great safe location for kids with enclosed garden. We had a ball - thanks Jean!
