Description
Le Bouganville is located on the side of Capo Sottile that looks towards Positano and its gulf, the archipelago of Li Galli, the Sorrento Peninsula and Capri The property, independent, is characterized by a large garden of 300 square meters that iniclude two terraces equipped with tables , barbecue shower and sun loungers. The landscape and the sunsets of Praiano that you can enjoy from the garden are something indescribable. For this reason I believe that the landscape and the exterior of the villa are the added value of Le Bouganville. The Villa consists of 3 double rooms with private bathroom and air conditioning, an additional service bathroom, two well-equipped kitchens and a lounge / dining room. I tried to furnish my Villa in a simple but elegant way, and I hope I was able to satisfy your taste. Le Bouganville is located between the alleys and the stairways of Praiano. Access from the nearest driveway is via a path of 250 meters and 60 steps. For arrivals after the time indicated in the description there is an additional cost of € 50 (from 19 to 21) The city center can be reached either by local bus through a journey of about 800 meters or by foot through characteristic stairways (250 meters). Amalfi (11 km), Positano (9.5 km) and the other towns of the Amalfi Coast are easily reachable by local buses. As well as Naples (62 km), Sorrento (22 km) and Salerno (34 km)
