Villa Gisella B is a bright apartment which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps two people. It is approximately 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a nice private terrace with a view of the sea, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the center of Praiano, approximately 100 meters (330 feet) from restaurants, shops and the SITA bus stop. You will find the closest beach (Spiaggia della Gavitella) at roughly 500 meters (550 yards) including 400 stairway steps. You will reach Villa Gisella B from the street level going up approximately 90 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Gisella B. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 800 meters (880 yards), in a reserved covered parking space, in a fenced yard. Terrace
The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the coastline.
Patio
The patio is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a perfumed lemon pergola. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the coastline.
Living Room
You will be able to enter the living room from the kitchen. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. Here you will also find a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board. The kitchen has a window with a view of the patio.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a king-size bed (180 cm/71 inches). The furnishings include an armchair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is tiled with lucid white majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room and from the bedroom through an access area.
