Situated in the magical and charming fishing village of Prcanj, a short distance from the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Kotor Old Town, Mountain Bay Penthouse Apartment features an extensive balcony giving way to panoramic and uninterrupted views of Boka Bay and, the Lovcen and Orjen Mountains. This stunning air conditioned and spacious 135sqm apartment offers an open plan fully fitted kitchen, including a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. A stylish dining area and comfortable living space with a double sofa bed, a flat screen TV with UK satellite channels and free WIFI throughout. Two double bedrooms with King Size Beds, one of which can be offered as a twin bedded option if required (please specify when booking) one en-suite Jacuzzi bathroom, one separate shower room and additional toilet. There are heated towel rails in both bathrooms. Sun beds are provided for both the balcony and poolside along with pool towels. There is a spa bath and a BBQ located on the balcony. Mountain Bay Penthouse Apartment also provides a clothes dryer, ironing board, iron, hairdryers, binoculars and umbrellas.

“Stunning views over Boka Bay”
From the moment of booking this apartment communication with the owners, Lorraine and Eric had been exemplary. Preparations prior to our rental period helped us to immediately enjoy our two week break. Arriving at the apartment we were not disappointed with the stunning views from the extensive balcony which resembled the deck of a cruise ship, many of which we saw cruising to Kotor. A lot of thought has been put into providing everything you would need for an enjoyable break away from home. Although the pool was slightly deeper than we would normally enjoy we regularly swam in the Bay which could be accessed 5 minutes walk down the hill. We often like to self cater on holiday but the quality and proximity of superb restaurants meant that we dined out for very reasonable prices. A great holiday during lovely weather thanks to Lorraine, Eric and Sandra's support. Thank you.
