Description

The beautiful historical fishermen's house is located in the historic city center of Premià de Mar, directly connectet to Barcelona city center (Placa de Catalunya) by urban railway (30 minuts ride, all 10 minutes).

The house offers two bedrooms with double beds, living room with fireplace, dining room, small separate kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and a extra toilet. It was lovingly restored by designers and equipped with historic furniture. The 95 square meters including a small terrace and a leafy courtyard. The house was completely renovated with new electricity and central heating.

We can put one or two baby beds additionally on request.

The house is located only a 5-minutes-walk to the sea with its wide sandy beach at the Costa del Maresme. The urban railway station is just 8 minutes walk. Trains to Barcelona leaving all 8 - 10 minutes and will bring you in 28 minutes to the city center of Barcelona, to Plaça de Catalunya.

At the beautiful historic center of Premià de Mar where the house is located you can find a lot of old small shops and cafés among gorgeous Residences. The people in Premià de Mar appreciate a leisurely lifestyle. Nevertheless, the town lives by its street cafes, boutiques in the nearby shopping area and the places where people meet and children play. In Premia de Mar you live among friendly locals unaffected by tourism.

In Premia de Mar you live among friendly locals and unaffected by tourism.At daytime an urban railway will bring you fast and cheap to Barcelonas citiy center in 10 minute preiods. At nighttime there is a nightbus going every hour back to Premia de Mar

At your arrival I will welcome you personally at the house, hand over the keys and explain the necessary things you should know to help starting your holidays comfortable, like where you can buy your daily things, how easy it is to use the train to barcelona, where you can park your car or just where to put the garbage... Furthermore I will have some hints for you what to see in Barcelona and what you better should avoid. If you have any questions, doubts or if you would need some help, don't worry: I am living in the neighbor's village and I am reachable all day long.

In comparison the following review of other guests (translation of a review at 'atraveo' from german language): "The condition of the holiday property is the same as described in the text. The house is well maintained and the furniture is very beautiful, therefore a relatively high deposit was required. However, this was paid back at the end of our stay without any problem. We have a 3 year old son who is very active and he loves the house. The owner gave us good tips for shopping, eating, etc.. We think that's very nice and helpful. For small family this holiday home is highly recommended." @ Ben: I am sorry I could not convince you to stay in our beautiful house for your honeymoon. I am sure you would have loved it. Too sad you didn't give me the chance to install a saftey barrier for babies at the top of the stairs on my costs at the same day. You already booked your flights back before calling me. Everything you are claiming about can be seen at the pictures or be read at the description of the add.
