Nature and calmness, this is the place for you. Heated pool will make you enjoy whole spring and autumn days... House Anna is located in a quiet village called Šećeri - Primorski Dolac which is only 15 km away from the Trogir. It is half way between Split and Šibenik. House rents as a whole, sheltered from outside view and offers complete privacy. Surrounded by beautiful wood behind the house and a terrace with a view on village but totally intimly and the surrounding hills where you can enjoy breakfast and romantic dinner. It has an area of 70m2 and consists of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom. Both rooms have a double bed and a sofa in the living room can be converted into one big bed. The house is fully equipped with air condition, TV and wireless internet and indoor fireplace. Behind the house is a fireplace with barbecue and a garage. Three beautiful citys Trogir 6 km, Split 35 km, 30 km Sibenik, Krka National Park is only 30 minutes drive from our house.Nearby is beach of Solaris with small aqua park. An ideal place for your holiday, away from the noise and close to all summer attraction. Welcome! Enjoy staying at our house....

“Brilliant”

What a fabulous villa this is. We have at least two villas a year but villa Anna has been one of the best. Fantastic views of mountains all round ,with 3 terraces,the main one at front is large and has the most wonderful views. The pool is great and very private and was a good 27degrees. I have never had a villa that was so superbly equipped, it had everything you need, even personal toiletries and not small samples . There was nothing we needed. Although in mountains, it was a great location just 5 mins from main highway, and 20 minutes from other main roads which meant it was handy for getting everywhere. For anyone coming from airport within a mile there was a Lidl supermarket to stock up , useful as there is no local shop and is open till 9pm. You turn right at island for Lidl and you are already on right road to Prgommet. From there you go over next traffic lights and into mountains for 15 minutes to get to Prgommet and the villa. Wonderful place and hope to go back. Just wished it had more bedrooms so my whole family could go. Can highly recommend and Leo the owner was great.
