Description

Two villas of 120 m2 each (villa Sunset, villa Sunrise), built in traditional way stone.

Large balconies overlook the sea and the mountain and you can admire sunsets seafront and absolutely gorgeous Moon sunrises, Coast Mountain.

The villas can receive 4-6 people each, beds that can be installed in the salons. A system of screens is available to keep the intimacy of each.

If the number of people hosted babies increases. There are 4 beds for babies, high chairs for meals and lots of toys for the pool and the beach.

The 2 villas are located an in front of the other, just separated by a private pool of 40 m2, protected by a barrier for the protection of children. There are 2 toilets external, beside the pool, one with shower.

Share and another pool of the terraces, a lawn with bamboo lounges, sun loungers, tables and chairs.

Every room has air conditioning and the Sunrise villa has central heating.

Each villa has satellite TV, DVD, washing machine and a well equipped kitchen.

Free WIFI Internet.

This provision allows each family to have more freedom and privacy.We are especially large families and groups of friends. Ideal to meet up with family and friends or to celebrate an event like birthdays, anniversaries of weddings etc...

They are located a 700 m from the sea, la we found beaches organized or not, typical taverns.

They are in the middle of the Mediterranean campaign, one can walk there pleasantly and go to the village of Prinos foot.

The passage of the sheep is still an attraction for children.

Shops, supermarkets, butcher, fishmonger, bakery and pharmacy are at 1 km.

700 m, an excellent restaurant, with all kinds of specialties, prices very logical. Can deliver meals to the villas, which is very practical especially when there are children at a young age.

The surrounding activities are: tennis, sea games, diving lessons, hiking in the mountains in gorges such as those of Samaria, excursions more or less long towards the archaeological sites such as Knossos and Phaestos, historic as Arkady and Preveli monasteries, in the mountain with its vegetation European and tropical etc.

The villas are located in the middle of the North Coast, which allows to radiate throughout the island.

A car is necessary for travel.

At 12 miles, the university town of Rethymnon, very animated day and night, famous for its Venetian Harbour and the old town with its flower-filled streets.
