Description

The “Luxury Apartment Makarska” is located in a newly constructed apartment complex situated next to the largest beach in the area. Apartment is 50m away from the beach. The view from balcony gives you harmony and peace in the summer time. Private parking space is located in front of the building for your convenience. The resort as a whole lies below the Adriatic highway. The resort is characterized by long sandy beaches, approximately 1,000 accommodations in hotels and private residences, restaurants, and coffee bars. The location of promajna is excellent, as it is a 5 minute drive from Makarska, which is the second largest city in Central Dalmatia and the center of the Makarska Rivera. As such, Makarska also has a great nightlife for anyone who is looking for that. The apartment comes equipped with all the latest finishings, and features a modern style kitchen, bedrooms, a living room, bathrooms, a laundry room, and a balcony which provides a beautiful view of the sea. Outside fireplace/grill is also available for guests.The Apartment Promajna has a perfect location because it’s so near to the sea. This creates some relief from the heat in the summer months due to the breeze coming from the sea which brings with it refreshment and a wonderful scent. The pleasant atmosphere, the view that stretches across the sea to the islands and peninsulas, fragrant pine trees, and impressive mountain slop, and views of the town altogether create an ideal spot for the best vacation.

If peace is what you are seeking, you can enjoy your stay in Promajna where you will find restaurants, bars, and excellent place for long walks. Alternatively you could just sit on the apartment balcony and simply enjoy the sea. Many attractive destinations are also located near the city of Makarska. The Biokovo Nature Park provides a source of adrenaline for anyone who is seeking adventure, either through biking, hiking, or paragliding. While those who prefer to relax in glory of unspoiled nature will enjoy walking through the National Park Piltvice lakes, or a visit to Split or Dubrovnik. There are also boats which travel every day from Promajna to the beautiful islands of Brac and Hvar which are only 20 minutes away.

When staying at the Apartments Promajna one can be certain that all their needs will be met. Within a short distance of the apartment there is an ATM, a park for children, a hospital, facilities to rent a car or a bicycle, and many more amenities. Furthermore, the apartment building is fully staffed with people to ensure the building stays clean, and other services such as an elevator, air conditioning, satellite television, and Wi-Fi are all included.

My expectations were surpassed staying in this apartment, the pictures simply don't do it justice. The apartment is brand new and the furnishings are also new; luxurious is a fitting description.… More
