The villa is one of the three independent villas of the complex Rathimata Villas.
Villa Arsinoi has 2 bedrooms, one on ground floor with ensuite bathroom and one on first floor with family bathroom. The living area is open to the dining area and to the fully equipped kitchen.
Situated on a 4000 m2 secluded plot enjoying a large private swimming pool overlooking Messinian Gulf offers full privacy and panoramic sea views with spectacular sunsets.

Spacious open plan kitchen fully equipped, with full size refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc and all the necessary equipment. Dining area with seating for 4 guests.Bedroom with twin beds, A/C, Wi-Fi, closets, bedside and en-suite bathroom.Bathroom with shower (en suit). Utility room with washing machine and iron/iron board.Spacious semi sheltered terrace with dining outside.
Stone paved pool area with BBQ and sun loungers. Private pool (4m x 8m ) with full privacy and professional maintenance.
UPPER FLOOR :Bedroom with double bed, A/C , Wi-Fi, closets, drawers and bedside. This bedroom has direct access to a front private veranda. Rear spacious terrace with mountain and sea views.Bathroom with shower.
OTHER : The living room has two patio doors, two windows, entrance door and staircase. The upper bedroom has three windows and one patio door.The other room has one patio door and a back door. The rear veranda, in the upper floor, gives shade in the afternoon.

The air conditioning must be used with the glass doors closed. If you are not in the house you must close the air conditioning units.
The private pool is not gated, therefore the parents must supervise all time the children around the pool area and during swimming. The pregnant woman must ask their doctor before using the pool. No diving. No swimming under the influence of alcohol. No lifeguard on duty. People with injuries or skin diseases do not use the pool.
