Can Eiviss de Talamanca ( CASA DANIELA ) is composed of two double bedrooms with 2 full bathroomws ensuite, a totally equipped American style kitchen, living area TV salon, dining area on the porch by the sea, 1 small office which can be converted into an additional bedroom, 1 solarium deck terrace 3 metres from the sea water with hammocks and with outdoor shower, 1 grass green shade and cool terrace and chillout by the sea with juniper trees , 1 covered furnished terrace in the upper area.
Almost ........... a PRIVATE BEACH inside the house, with direct access to it !!!

“Fabulous location”
Our stay at Casa Berlin was perfect. Ramón and Magarita are the ideal hosts - on hand with their welcoming and generous hospitality when needed, but the rest of the time allowing us to enjoy the property. The main draw is the outside space and the location. The outside space is much larger than it looks on the photos and really is stunning, having access to the sea is wonderful and the kayak was great fun. The view over the sea is really special too. We've stayed in Talamanca before and loved it; the location of Casa Berlin really suited us (three 30 something girls) - so peaceful in the day, but just a stroll from the beach and its amenities and so close to all that Ibiza Town has to offer. Make sure you stroll all the way around the boardwalk that extends past the beach, there are some lovely bars and restaurants over there too. On our final day our flight wasn't until the evening. Ramón and Magarita kindly allowed us access to another room with en suite so we could store our things and have a shower after a day at the beach. Nothing was too much trouble, Ramon even printed my boarding pass and took us to the airport when we were struggling to get a cab (peak season)! I definitely hope to go back and would really struggle to stay anywhere else in Ibiza. Thank you once again Ramón and Magarita!
